I will never do business with this company againI was charged more than $to have a inch metal water line replaced with a woven metal line under my kitchen sinkThey also replaced a washer in the cold shower head that was causing a dripThe parts probably cost less than $That was a rip-offThe technician did leave the areas clean and wore boot covering during the repairsHe was also politeSorry Hiller, you are too costly to be recommended to anyoneI did not receive a military veteran discount although I am 100% disabled

Plumbing issues are never pleasant, but, with the right personally, and the right level of job knowledge, problem issues are correctable That's what we got when Todd F* knocked on our door A mystery water leak was resolved after an absolute thorough testing of our entire water system Todd was able to make a potentially unpleasant situation bearable and resolved our issue without further difficulty
Prior to Todd F*'s visit we had no "Go To Plumbing Guy", but, after he successfully corrected our issue, we do now
With Todd's continued association with Hiller Plumbing, Hiller Plumbing is our light at the end of our domestic dwelling tunnel

BEWARE of this company! I would give them a zero star rating if I couldHiller installed a propane gas furnace in my ten year old homeA inch diameter intake flue to draw fresh air for combustion from outside the home had to run through concrete block walls to get to the furnace inside the crawlspaceHiller busted through both walls with a sledge hammer instead of drilling holes and did not repair and seal the resulting mess Hiller pulled a "bait and switch" scheme on me by giving me an estimate for a large capacity system and then installed a smaller system which is $less expensiveI found out when I double-checked the *** manufacturers registration page and the furnace model numbers were differentWhen I confronted my Hiller salesman, he claimed there was no difference in price between the two units but another Hiller salesman told me of the $price differential Hiller also attempted to use the condenser heat exchanger from the original system instead of a new A-coilIn my opinion, the Hiller salesman was not very knowledgeable of his product and difficult to work with as problems arose

We recently had a bathroom faucet start leaking and called Hiller They sent Kurt W*** who did a great job He explained everything thoroughly and was knowledge

Johnathen N*** was here at my home to check out my electrical system Just the yearly check I am so glad we have Hiller, as it is much easier and less expensive to get my electrical, heating, cooling and plumbing checked before a problem arises Johnathen was so pleasant and easy-going Explained a home surge protector but no sales pitch or pitch to buy Just the kind of guy you like having in your home It must be a great place to work, because everyone, whether on the phone or in person are all genuine and never in a hurry
