We recently purchased a home site unseen here in Huntsville for our boys to live in while they attend UAHWE bought the house from our home in Florida knowing we have a project on handOur boys were trying to help in the demo process and we g ad a sink leakWe fixed the best we could and called Sunday afternoonWe said it was not an emergency and t b ey said they would be there by am which they wereThey diagnosis the problem and fixed all our other problems with a minimal feeWe were so impressed that y hey did not try to rip us off we signed up for the maintain ace program

Our Technician, Robert M*** was very, very professional and also friendly and personable He did a very thorough cheon our HVAC unit and went over the check list in detail He explained all of our options for any recommended work and quoted exact prices This is all you can ask for in the way of service Robert was great and we would recommend Hiller to anyone that needs their help with HVAC, Electrical or plumbling

Hi I am the general manager at *** in Cookeville TN My tech was Darrell S*I have been at this location for years and I have always used Darrel to do all of my work He is a outstanding person and I trust when he arrives my stuff will be fixed with no hassle He has been doing the work here at *** for at least years and does such a great job I have also used him at my home , my family members , or friends that ask me where to go So if anyone needs HVAC work or any kind of refrigeration work done I say go to Hiller and ask for Darrel he is the best !!!

We had a toilet that had a bad seal that needed replaced The technician, Jim C., was very professional and answered all of my questions and made sure that we were completely satisfied with his work before leaving He checked under the house for any leaks and made sure to clean up the work area before leaving We received same day service as Hiller Club members which was fantastic!! Great job Jim and thank you!!

Electrical inspection was done by Shawn S*** He was very thorough and gave me a detailed review of the electrical items needing attention He patiently answered all my question and provided estimates to have these items corrected One large item, he suggested that I call my electrical company, and they are going to correct for me at no charge Very pleased with his professionalism and attitude

I had an agreement with Hiller to install gas logs and obtain the permit from codes th have gas connectedThe work was done 10-29-but no permit
the tech connected the gas logs and did the pressure test 10-I called the gas company to have service connected and was told they were waiting on a permitAfter numerous calls to Hiller I was told they would send out an inspector which was done 11-09-18.At that time the inspector told the Hiller employee that there was insulation needed before it would pass inspectionI was assured that would be taken care of and would let me know when it was completeI have made calls to the company since then always with a promise of someone calling me back, I talked with the gas company again today and they are still waiting on the permit,

I have jsut started using Hiller for electrical, plumbing and heat/ac and am beyond happy and comfortable with their serviceI'm happy I found them!
