Best service call from anyone everDaniel S*** was outstanding

Lightning struck my front yard yesterday and ruptured my water pipes and irrigations systemDwight G*** and his partner Wesley saw the damage while servicing another customer on my streetThey called in a work oder and immedially after finishing with their customer they started working to resolve my issueseven though it was the end of the work day! However it was already dark, Although they told me that they would work all night to ensure I would have water at my homeI advised them I had a place to stay for the night and that we could work tomorrowThey came back out first thing the next morning and began working on the visible damageThey eventually found additional damage near the house and worked to fix that issue as well
I never write reviews..everbut I wanted to publicly acknowledge the professionalism that Dwight and Wes exhibitedThey kept me informed at each stage of discovery and resolutionI was informed of the the costs at each stageI want to say that this team represents everything that any company advertises as superior customer serviceI really mean thisI can t say enough about how they performed and represented HillerFive Stars isn't a high enough score for this team

Johnathen N*** was here at my home to check out my electrical system Just the yearly check I am so glad we have Hiller, as it is much easier and less expensive to get my electrical, heating, cooling and plumbing checked before a problem arises Johnathen was so pleasant and easy-going Explained a home surge protector but no sales pitch or pitch to buy Just the kind of guy you like having in your home It must be a great place to work, because everyone, whether on the phone or in person are all genuine and never in a hurry

Very happy with John H***'s service, both last week and today Explained everything very well and did the work expeditiously

I was very surprised when I found out that I would have to pay $for a handle that I was told from other plumbers should be about $10-$ It took two days to get someone out to my house They called the first day about 6:00pm or after and said they would be there around 7: I told them to forget it, which I should have done I called back and told them to come todayThe plumber I had was on vacation and I should have waited This place makes their money off parts? which is way overpriced They told me when I called the service fee was $plus whatever parts? I should have never let him put the part on the commode

I recently had a HVAC service inspection completed on air handling unitsThe technician Bill T*** did an outstanding jobHe put on his shoe protectors and introduced himself while providing an overview of what work was going to be completedHe showed up on time and called before arrivalGreta job and very professional! I will be using Hiller again for sure!!

Just had Bjord H*** from Hiller at the housefor a plumbing inspection as a yearly serviceHe was very professional and made a recommendationHe spoke with me about plumbing concerns and was honestI will continue to use Hiller and recommend them

We called them when we got a water leak, only company I have used that did not charge me a trip chargeWe were told about the Hiller family plan, joined and this Company goes above and Beyond what is required, I never felt over charged, and have the nicest professionals in the areaWe have had them out here three times now and I'm so happy we called themI'm never disappointedI truly am a part of the Happy Hiller FamilyWe have Bjord H*** here, fixing our plumbing, what a nice person, and so very observantThank you so much Hiller! I recently had to call Hiller about a heating problem I had and they were very prompt in sending someone out to diagnosis the problemAs we live in a remote area I was surprised to have someone sent so quickly
The technician they sent out was able to find the problem and resolve my issuesHe did have to return the following day and reset the unit but all has been well since he fixed the problem
He was very neat, courteous, kind and listened to what we were experiencing with the heatI would highly recommend Jim N*** as your technicianI will request him in the future for any needs we may have concerning the furnace and also for regular inspections

I had a leaking faucet - on a Saturday!! I called Happy Hiller and they were able to send someone out within a few hours of the call The technician, Bjord H***, was able to assess the problem and immediately started fixing the faucet He gave me options on what should be done and what could wait Bjord was very pleasant and businesslike Thank you Happy Hiller for having such good employees working for you

When selling a house in Hendersonville, I called Hiller to make some repairs requested by the buyers Hiller replaced several water lines with the "best," a vinyl pipe that could "swell" to a large size yet not "pop." At the new house we bought in another community (Cookeville) we called Hiller to take care of some plumbing issues At the time, I was taking chemotherapy and just asked Hiller to make the repairs on the new house and didn't realize what they were doing because of my physical state of being Later, I realized that they had replaced all water lines running to sinks in the new house because they were "inferior." The "inferior" pipes were the same plastic materials used in Hendersonville and they were replaced with a woven metal pipe I only wished that my health had allowed me to process this sooner and I would have complained sooner! Later, I asked for an estimate for electrical work and the estimate seemed extremely expensive I had another local business in Cookeville make the electrical installations and some repairs and the cost was probably 1/of what Hiller was going to charge Honestly, every time I see the "smiling face" on their truck, it makes me angry I would never do business with Hiller again

I called Hiller for an electrical problem They set it up for Friday, but someone cancelled and they called to see if I wanted them to come today(Tuesday) I said sure and Johnathan N*** an electrical service technician came right over at the appointed time Johnathan diasasembled the ceiling fan and immediately found the problem He was very friendly and efficient and I would not hesitate to use him again stars ***

MrH***, My husband and I have interacted with of your associates within the last business days (Friday & Monday) Absolutely, positively the best experience we've ever had with professional craftsmen They have all been professional, polite, knowledgeable, had the abilities to perform their task(s) and the capabilities to do the same - and the ability to relay that information to us in a manner we could clearly understand We are incredibly impressed with your associates who were all an awesome credit to your name & your business
First, we dealt with the annual inspection teams - M*** T*** (plumbing), Don H*** (electrical) and Cody *** (heating) The A/C team will be later this year All gentlemen quietly went about their tasks All wrote clear & concise inspection reports and notes And, all individually came back to talk to us individually about their findings Their recommendations were within the guidelines of what a homeowner would & should expect And, their guidelines were valid Our home is years old and their recommendations were "right on" for that timeline We'd prefer to be pro-active vsreactive in dealing with the necessary components of our home
First, MrM*** (plumbing) carefully and fully explained the needs & options for our current water heater - which was getting old It all made sense and we fully understood all of his explanations Many thanks to MrM*** for also explaining finance options after his report
Next, MrDon's electrical inspection & report were a tad better We understood our short comings on some safety issues We also understood what options we had for performing the work ourselves and the ones best left to an expert Don immediately dealt with the GFI issue and the new home surge protection upgrade before he left Job well done & a positive experience
Heating/furnace and MrCody were last Incredible explanations, visual demonstrations with my husband and options to review Great presentations by this member of your team After reviewing the costs of multiple repairs, our question was the cost of a new heating system
We were referred to Project Manager MrShawn W***, who came to our house that same afternoon What a great, positive interaction with any individual in the service industry Shawn was "comfortable", discussed needs at "our level" and carefully explained our options Shawn and my husband went back into the attic to again review the furnace situation - and both were happy with the final conclusions Contract was finalized with financing approved and the work was scheduled for the following Monday Shawn is an incredible member of your team I don't think you could ask for a better representative for Happy H***!!!
Today, we interacted with of your very professional, polite, knowledgeable and thorough installers Carlos W*** and Jason B*** were responsible for the new water heater in one attic Evan W*** and Nathan C** took care of the new furnace in the other attic All men were incredibly professional, polite, answered any questions and immediately went about getting their work done and done correctly, positively and without any leftover mess All I could see from the chair where I sat throughout their installations were "busy bees/ants/worker bees" They were awesome! I did nothing - except watch them working away!
Halfway through these gentlemen's work day, Jimmy S***, whom I assume is another Project Manager, showed up He interacted with the two teams to insure they were on schedule and everything was going as it should be Another incredibly great man to interact with - both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him while we knew he truly had his eyes on the jobs being done! Great experience!
As my husband is also in the trades world, one of the things we really enjoyed was watching the guys at the end of their day When the water heater guys were done (Carlos & Jason), they didn't leave the job site They came back inside to help the furnace/heater guys (Evan & Nat) Carlos and Jason became heater guys and helped finish the job Carlos installed the programmable thermostat and tested it when appropriate Carlos also took the time to remain behind to explain the operations of the new thermostat to my husband Evan returned to the attic to explain all the new functions of the new furnace to my husband We appreciate their extra efforts
Another positive MrH*** - ALL of these gentlemen spoke positively about you, your way of doing business and your commitment to a good company profile & reputation and your commitment to your employees I personally would say "Job well done Jimmy H***"
ALL of these gentlemen - M*** T***, Don H***, Cody ***, Shawn W***, Evan W***, Nathan C**, Carlos W***, Jason B*** & Jimmy S*** - are a credit to your organization, your business and you & your company's reputation

We had Hill Tech James T*** come to check our heating and ac unitsHe was very professional and found our problemI would have him come back anytime

Stephen H*** was the person who came on 1/27/and did an inspection of my heating system Stephen was very professional and did an excellent job of explaining what he did and of telling me what he found He was very knowledgeable and seemed to know what he was doing

I had Hiller come out and service several items - HVAC, plumbing, electrical All techs were timely, professional, courteous and knowledgeableKurt W*** went out of his way to replace, relocate and upgrade my hot water heaterHis recommendations were spot on
