Hello, I won trips to Hawaii & one to palm springs & gift cards total $100- at a book eventI was asked to give two dates & I paid $25- for of them It has been more than a year & I never received the trips as promised They kept saying the dates were not available I e-mailed & I called several timesWe sat there during a demonstration for over hours & we were even considering getting the time share but at the time we were not able to I didn't even receive the gift cards I kept getting the round around & I kept requesting time off from work to do this Is there any way someone can give me advice as to what to do?
