Hello,  We are in receipt of clients complaint with the Revdex.com regarding their promotional travel voucher.  We have attempted to contact them by phone 4 times calling both numbers we have on file as well as sending them an email.  We left voice mails to contact us and have yet to...

receive a call back or response to our email.  They had provided 2 dates that were not available and has 2 dates processing in April. 
Promotional travel is based on a  first come first served basis.  They will be contacted no less than 21 days prior to their date to advise them if their April dates are available.  They are more than welcome to contact us to discuss how promotional travel works and  if I can answer any further questions, please feel free to contact me.

We are in receipt of the complaint the client sent to Revdex.com. 
We do not conduct any timeshare presentations and have no control over how long it took.  On 9/7 client called in to check on her first request date of 10/26/2016.  She was advised it was...

not avail and her 2nd date is processing.  She was also advised if the 2nd date was not available her voucher would expire.   The promotional travel process was explained to her and she advised the agent that she understands. 
Unfortunately her November date was not available and she requested a refund on 10/5/2016 which is in process and advised to allow 14-21 business days to process.  This voided out the offer. If I can answer any further questions, please feel free to contact me.

On February 28th Ms. [redacted] was advised that we would contact her no less than 21 days prior to her request date of June 14th.    On 4/25, 6/12, 6/19, 7/3 and 7/15 voice mails were left for Ms. [redacted] with no return call by reservation agents as well as Customer Service...

We are in receipt of client's complaint with the Revdex.com.  We have spoken to him and explained the Promotional travel process and explained that the refund he received of $25.00 is for the taxes for the hotel which he advised foregoing and only wants Disney tickets. The $25.00 that he was not refunded is the processing fee that we have retained.   He provided new dates for the Disney tickets and they are now processing.  If I can answer any questions, please feel free to contact me.

The WORST experience EVER!!!!! Those company is basically a scam and will not provide to you what they are supposed to. They blatantly misrepresent what they offer and their customer service are the rudest I have dealt with (Jennifer and Nuvia)!!! I attended a 2 hour time share presentation in May or June and was promised a 2 night hotel stay with a day of theme park tickets of my choice. After giving 3 possible dates they took my 3rd date and started "processing" the request. This after I sent in my $25 of course. Then I get a call 3 weeks before my trip and they say it's not available, so offer me a date 2 weeks after that where they did have availability or "inventory." Meanwhile I'm waiting for my tickets and nothing shows up and it's a week before my planned trip! So I start calling on Monday, remain on hold for 20 minutes, am finally transferred all over, and leave 3 messages for people, of which I get no call. Finally it's Friday (supposed to have my stay on Sunday) and no tickets or call back so I call AGAIN and I'm livid at this point! Supervisor finally tells me that there is no inventory and I can try for dates in December!!!! Really? This is asanine! I finally said just give me the Legoland tickets and she said no at first that they couldn't do that but then probably realized that they win in that scenario since they don't have to find me a hotel now. What a joke!!! I'll never do any of those timeshare things again because they're all a sham and severely misrepresent what they will provide!!!!

Hello, I won 2 trips 1 to Hawaii & one to palm springs & 2 gift cards total $100- at a book event. I was asked to give two dates & I paid $25- for 1 of them. It has been more than a year & I never received the trips as promised. They kept saying the dates were not available. I e-mailed & I called several times. We sat there during a demonstration for over 2 hours & we were even considering getting the time share but at the time we were not able to. I didn't even receive the gift cards. I kept getting the round around & I kept requesting time off from work to do this. Is there any way someone can give me advice as to what to do? ([redacted])

Do not waste your time, I have been waiting for my so called "free" trip since August of 2014 yes you read that correctly as of 2014!!!! Me and my partner had completed the timeshare meeting and choose the 3 night stay at Lake Tahoe trip which has not happened as of this date. I have submitted three extensions with several choice dates and still they have not honored their promise yet they come up with excuses that they are fully booked yet they offer the package if I am willing to complete another timeshare meeting???? How convenient???
Look Holiday Travel of America, honor your promise, you took my time and money as I was required to pay the $40 hotel tax fee which you had no issue in cashing my check yet I haven’t even received my trip.
