We have spoken to him and explained the Promotional travel process and explained that the refund he received of $25.00 is for the taxes for the hotel which he advised foregoing and only wants Disney tickets. The $25.00 that he was not refunded is the processing fee that we have retained. He provided new dates for the Disney tickets and they are now processing. We are in receipt of clients complaint with the Revdex.com Unfortunately their first set of dates were not available and they were advised by letter dated 9/which is days prior to the first request date Promotional Travel was explained to him and he did not want to provide new dates and as they stated in their complaint, they requested a refund on 9/23/which is in process and will be mailed next week as can take up to business days By requesting a refund, this voids out their offerIf I can answer any further questions, please feel free to contact meThank you, [redacted] Customer Service Manager Holiday Travel of America [redacted]

We have been in contact with Mr*** re: his complaint with the Revdex.com. Although his 1st set of dates were n/a and being promotional travel and availability is based on first come-first served we have explained this to Mr*** and he agreed to take his tickets only. His refund is

I have received the promised letter that was resent by HTOV and have responded via mail I hesitate to say that the issue has been completely resolved until they officially book and send us on a flight to Hawaii, as promised We have selected travel dates in July and August so perhaps we will be able to close the matter after the services have been completely rendered Many thanks to *** of HTOV for her concern and consideration in this matter I sincerely appreciate her reinstating our voucher and responding in a timely matter to my issue

We have been in contact with the client and although this was booked in and client did not return proper paperwork which caused the reservation to be cancelled, we have been able to secure a date for her in Napa on 10/at a standard hotel which is what the offer is for.

Although *** *** had provided dates that were not available he was booked and
confirmed for 6-12-2015. He emailed us to change his confirmed
reservation on 5-19-and wanted to change it to 7/19/which was not
available and was advised he can provide a later date or keep the
reservation as is. He chose tickets only with a refund of his tax deposit
(which was mailed to him on 5-20-2015. We also mailed him a
Discount Dining card ($100.00) on 5/20/2015. He was advised by the
General Manager on 5-19-that his tickets will be emailed to him

We are in response to Mr *** responseWe contacted the distributor as a courtesy and advised them of the situation and they said they would send Mr*** a new voucher. As it turns out on Monday 4/Mr*** was contacted by the distributor and was advised that they sent it out but it was returned to them undeliverable as they had an incorrect apartment number and would be sending it out again. They had advised Mr*** that they would be sending it out again. Once he has the voucher he will need to follow all of our details of participation printed on the back of the voucher as well as meet all deadlines. I won a 3night 2day hotel and day Disneyland trip on the radio this past December I had to go listen to a 1/hour timeshare presentation within days of winning and to get the voucher to mail in along with $reservation feeI have had of my request dates denied already and have been told that you can cancel my request dates as many times as you want! So unfair, very disappointing and devastating to my kids when I can't afford to take them to Disneyland and I get my hopes up thinking I won this tripBeyond deceitful!

Received a travel voucher for nights in Anaheim and adult tickets to Disneyland Had to pay a $deposit for hotel taxes along with my selection of different dates Everything was sent in on time and my chosen dates were acknowledged However, even though I chose dates that did not fall on the blackout list, we were notified around weeks before each date that they were not able to confirm any reservations I then chose new dates, but did not hear anything from the company or receive a refund of my $ If they called, they did not identify themselves properly I called today to get my deposit returned, but of course I had to leave a message
