contacted that they did not receive their letter.  I will in good faith reinstate this offer and will send another letter to them this week which requests their tax deposit and dates  and must be returned within 21 days from the date of the letter.  It is their responsibility to contact us if they do not receive the letter.   They must meet any deadlines moving forward and if not, the offer will remain void.  If I can answer any further questions, please feel free to contact me.

In late July 2014, my husband and I purchased a Holiday Passports Platinum Edition vacation package. A few days later, we called the phone number that was provided to us to schedule for an upcoming trip. The phone number provided was 760-431-8600. We called several times throughout the day and every time received a voicemail stating that the office is now closed, and business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm. They then ask you to call back during business hours, which we have been doing. I then called the two phone numbers of representatives that were given to us on a card on the day that we made our purchase. I got a voicemail on both phone numbers. On one of the voicemails, I was asked to leave a phone number, account number, and the reason for my call, and was told that someone would get in touch with me within one business day. It has been a very frustrating experience dealing with this company, as it's very hard to get anyone on the phone to answer questions. With the amount of money that we spent for the package, we expected to get superior service. I would never recommend this company to any of my friends or family. We are still waiting to get someone with the company to help us.

I received a letter one month before departure informing me the two dates I had selected a year ago would not be honored. I called C.S. and asked them for good dates so I wouldn't receive another letter. The lady told me she couldn't do that because the business works if promotions and if there are enough clients for a date I select then my trip would be approved. I told her I was patient and flexible (waited 1 year) as stated in their letter, and they should be able to provide some dates for guarantee travel. She rudely told me I don't have to proceed with submitting my voucher for the trip. I asked for another representative , she said she was the only one. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HOLIDAY TRAVEL. THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU NOR CARE TO promote their business. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE OR RETAINING CUSTOMERS!

process of sending in the required tax deposit and request dates which we received in July.  The dates she provided unfortunately were not available.  A date was agreed on, they were booked and confirmed for travel on 2/25/2014. 
On or about 2/10/2014 she called to cancel their confirmed reservation.  The documents she signed state there are no cancellations or refunds (see attached) and it voids out the offer.   Due to the nature of her cancellation we were able to work with the supplier and get her a credit (less penalties we paid) as well as a credit for the hotel which we have refunded to her and was mailed on 3/27/2014.
