We are in receipt of Ms. [redacted] complaint with the Revdex.com re: their request dates for April.  Unfortunately their first set of request dates were not available for this promotion.  They were advised of this on 3/17/2014 and advised agent they would call back with new dates. ...

While I understand their request was important to them, this promotion is based on first come, first served and may take requesting dates more than 1 time.  I processed their refund today per their request in this complaint to the Revdex.com and this will take 10-14 business days to process.  If you have any further questions, please contact me.

With all due respect  your voucher number was not included in the complaint I received from the Revdex.com and the name on the voucher is under [redacted]  We have a different email on file than you provided in your complaint  and the phone number is different.  We have left...

you voice mails at [redacted] with no return calls.This is promotional travel and is based on first come-first served.   It is based on space availability and may take you requesting more than one date which is what you provided.  (Our terms and conditions require that you provide 2 dates). Unfortunately it was not available and you are required to provide new dates to process as all voucher holders do if their dates are not available. 
I cannot provide you with dates as we don’t get inventory until 21-45 days prior to a date and in fairness to clients that have provided dates will not tell them they cannot travel to put you in front of them. In your complaint you state you called 6 times, I show we spoke with [redacted] on 6/4/2014 and advised the one date you provided was not available, she discussed upgrades and promotional travel process was explained to her and she was to call the agent back.  We did not receive a call back and no voice mails were left. Your voucher is valid and we need dates to process if you choose not to communicate by phone, please provide 2 request dates at least 60 days out and 21 days apart and a Tuesday departure. 5 days prior and after a major holiday are blocked out.  If you choose not to travel, please let me know and I will have your refund processed and returned to you. If you would like to contact me you can reach me at the number below.

We are in receipt of clients complaint with the Revdex.com.   The client did not complete the validation of the offer by mailing in their dates/deposit within the deadline and contacted us 2 months after it was due.   They were advised it was void. 
They then contacted...

us 4 months later with a threat that if we don't reinstate it, they will go to the Revdex.com.   We contacted the distributor they received the voucher from and they advised us they will mail them a new voucher.
