Max was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my furnace. He explained the problem and then fix it. He also performed some routine maintenance on my furnace. I would recommend Home Heating Services to anyone needing help with a heating or cooling problem.

Our families heater went out without on a cold day in October right after buying a home. We brought on a another company that ran some tests and explained to us our furnace went out due to many issues. W called Home Heating Service and they came out the same day and confirmed what the other company said, the furnace needed replaced. When the Rep with Home Heating went over our options there was no force to buy the HIGH end furnace, we were given multiple options with a clear explanation of how each one would be beneficial and the life expectancy of each option. Finance options were discussed and they helped all the way to the end with clear communication.

Bottom line, would I want Clint to come back again? Of course, and he will be back in six months to check my air conditioner.

Scott was our technician--explained what was wrong with our humidifier. He first tried to clean out the part rather than immediately replace a part which we appreciated. Did a good job and gave us a senior discount without our asking.
