the people at PNC have not called me back to clean up their mistakes Auto pay should have worked for the months in question but as I was tod by the PNC manager at the Lindhurst location the fees shold be reversed and a letter of good standing will need to be sent to all credit beauros Still no call to resolve the problem Another example of their poor customer support

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am rejecting this response because of the following reasonsWhen K.Cassistant V.Pof PNC's Executive Client Relations, first contacted me by phone on Wednesday, 2/24/we spoke about my complaint and I explained to her in detail why I had submitted this Revdex.com complaintShe told me she would look into getting my issue resolved and would contact me back in week which would have been on Wednesday, 3/2/On Wednesday, 3/I NEVER got a call or email back from K.Cas promisedI then tried reaching out to her several times leaving messages for her to call me backAfter never hearing back from her as promised and receiving a email message on 3/24/from the Revdex.com that PNC Bank failed to respond to the Revdex.com regarding my complaint I had filedI became furious and starting social media campaigns on [redacted] and [redacted] against PNC, making sure to let all my friends and followers know about the horrible customer service I had received from PNC BankAnd how they treat and value their small business customersAfter putting PNC on social media blast for several days I finally got a phone call back from K.Cassistant V.Pof PNC's Executive Client Relations OVER ALMOST ONE MONTH LATER! I find it completely ridiculous that a large bank like this has no problem [redacted] over their customers and providing them with such shoty customer serviceI might have accepted the response by PNC to my Revdex.com complaint if K.Cwould have called me back has she promised in one week, not a month later I will be now taking my complaint against PNC bank to the State of [redacted] s Attorney General Office to file a complaint against them regarding this matterAnd will make sure to continue my social media campaign's against PNC bank.Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10793333, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.A PNC Representative attempted to contact me regarding the issues at hand I was then hung up on me while answering the call I called the representative back immediately and the call went straight to voice mail This representative did this three additional times; making this situation even more unbearable PNC IS IN THE BUSINESS OF FRAUDULENTLY AND EXCESSIVELY TAKING MONEY THROUGH OVER DRAFT FEES FROM THE CUSTOMERS THAT SUPPORT THE BUSINESS PNC HAS NO HUMAN VALUE AND RELIES UPON A COMPUTER GENERATED SYTEM TO HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES- OFTEN STATING THAT THE ERROR IS NOT A BANKING MISTAKE THE PUBLIC SHOULD BE AWARE THAT PNC’S BUSINESS PRACTICES WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR FINANCES AND THAT THEY SHOULD DO BUSINESS ELSE WHERE- AS TO AVOID COSTLY SITUATIONS OF FRAUD.Regards, [redacted] ***

This is in response to your complaints filed on March 21, 2018, with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and on March 28, 2018, and with the Revdex.com of Western Pennsylvania regarding your PNC Bank, National Association (“PNC”), Performance Checking account ending in [redacted] (the “Account”)I appreciate the opportunity to follow up on our telephone conversation from March 27, 2018, and address your concerns.In your complaints you stated that you and your fiance were recruited to be secret shoppers for Wal-MartYou stated that you were instructed to deposit a check in the amount of $2,made payable to you (the “Check”) into your Account, then make two (2) wire transfers in the amount of $990.00, and purchase two (2) iTunes gift cards when the funds became availableYou stated that on February 28, 2018, the deposited check was returned unpaid and your Account was debitedYou stated that PNC did not perform its due diligence on the deposit and should have placed a hold on the depositYou have requested reimbursement for the returned fundsPNC denies that any wrongdoing occurred.Although PNC has the discretion to place holds on checks or money orders to confirm that they will be paid, it is PNC's general practice to act in accordance with the PNC Account Agreement for Personal Checking, Savings and Money Market Accounts (the “Account Agreement”), which provides that checks or money orders will be available on the first business day after the business day of your deposit for all purposes.Also, the “Deposits” section within the Account Agreement, states that when you make a non-cash deposit, we post it to your account, but this credit is dependent on receiving final paymentIf you make a deposit that will not be paid - for example, if you deposit a bad check - we will withdraw this amount from your account plus any interest you've earnedWe will also charge you a fee for reversing the money from your account (this is called returning a deposit)If this causes your account to be overdrawn, you must also pay the amount of the overdraft immediately, as well as any overdraft chargesWe may return all or part of a deposit at any timeWe do not have to notify you before we credit or revoke these funds from your account.According to our records, on February 26, 2018, the Check was deposited into your AccountIn accordance with the Funds Availability Policy, on February 27, 2018, the funds became available for use and the Account had a beginning balance in the amount of $2,On February 28, 2018, two (2) transactions in the amount of $each from Wal-Mart posted to your AccountAlso, on February 28, 2018, the Check was returned unpaid as being “altered/fictitious” and funds in the amount of $2,were debited from your AccountA $Return Deposited Item fee was appropriately assessed to the Account on March 1, 2018.In your complaint, you requested that PNC reimburse you for one (1) Wal-Mart transaction in the amount of $and an additional $for the iTunes gift cards you purchasedIt is PNC's policy to refund any fee that was assessed as the result of a bank error, which did not occur in this instance; therefore, PNC respectfully denies your request for reimbursement.Thank you for allowing me to clarify PNC's position in this matterlf you have additional questions or concerns regarding the matter, please contact me directly at [redacted] l am available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:AM and 4:PM, Eastern Standard Time.Sincerely, Executive Client RelationsEnclosures
