Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Like I originally statedI was DUPPED into signing something that was explained as ONLY BEING NAMED because of my name on the deed...which I offered to reverse! I was never part of the HARP refinance, nor should I have been!! I had no reason nor credit to have been part of this with someone who was only by boyfriend at the time! For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear attached! This should be illegal if it isn't already, and certainly not protecting MY consumer rights Regards, [redacted]

Hello,Thank you for helping to resolve my complaint On three separate occasions, I asked PNC to send in writing the following language to resolve these issues PNC accidentally deposited two $amounts into my account to resolve my complaint MsConnie G [redacted] called me and said that was a "mistake." They should have only put in one of the $amounts We agreed that I would refund one of the $amounts and I asked that the following language be put in writing to settle this for good They kept saying they sent me a letter which I didn't receive for over a month When I finally received a letter, none of this language was in the letter They then told you that the matter with me was resolved This is the second time I have had to tell you that the matter is not resolved because they have not sent me a letter with the following language I am requiring them to set down in writing: "My business account and merchant accounts will be closed or are closed without fees or repercussion to me after I deposit $back in my business account." For the third time, MsConnie G [redacted] said that I will be receiving a letter with the above language in writing I am awaiting, yet again (for weeks) a letter that confirms our agreement

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response I received from PNC is not accepted due to the fact I am entitled a $courtsey refund for overdraft fees occurring in June which led me to close out my account PNC BANK sent me a package of bank statements as their responseI feel since I declined to speak to them after I made my formal complaint with Revdex.com they delcined to appropriately investigate the issues and act accordingly I recently located the dispute I sent to PNC in October in regards to the July incident which clearly shows it was some type of bank error because the funds were there, so the refund was legit not a courtesyIn October it was discovered that my overdraft protection had been cancelled, which I did not cancelThe rep I spoke to at the time was Lindsay M [redacted] I believe and she stated that according to thier system I did not cancel my overdraft protection and had been enrolled since Sept She was unsure why the system had cancelled so she refunded the overdraft fee which was not a courtesy but a legit reimbursement for a bank error, again I have attached copies of the fax I sent to PNC in October I also attached copies of the statement cover pages for Oct - Dec which reads that I did not have overdraft protection but if the recording from that call is played back the rep clearly states that I did not cancel (according to Aaron B***, PNC Rep, all calls are recorded) So again I am asking for a reimbursement of $72.00, if not for the lack of communcation by not appropriately notifying customers of the cash deposit cut-off time but for the fact I have not received a courtesy reimbursement in a year, which is PNC's regular practice In addition, one of the $fees was for a $transaction which means I ultimately payed $for a $item If PNC does not wish to reimburse, the complaint will remain unresolved and hopefully stay on their record Attached are copies of my July dispute, copies of bank statements' cover page and the ATM pictures which demonstrates there is not any signage relating to deposit cut-off timesBest Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have provided the signed release to Revdex.com and PNC has my permission to share relevant information Regards, [redacted]

PNC bank charges overdraft fees in a way that is very underhanded and leaves the customer with no opportunity to make payments to their accounts in order to avoid the feesI log online to my account quite often and find PNC does not post certain charges until late at night, at times 11:59pm, so that fees can be incurred the next dayThis past week, a fee was added to my account for an overdraft that occurred a week ago, and inserted into the online page just this week, but inserted in it's slot week ago "manipulating" the online daily reports (The problem was that this was inserted days later)...so that any purchases made after the fees were assessed would incur "MORE" feesThere is no way the customer would know this in advance of making any purchasesThe online staff just looks at what the online page shows and are unable to offer any solutions except to keep a written account handy, and do not trust what you see online...that's crazy! It's unbelievable how many fees this company is charging their customers! Before you join this bank, go online and see the complaints against them...it's the same over and over again...each overdraft is $36!!!, but they will post things at close to midnight so you have no chance of fixing the overdraft until the next day which is too late! They also (Other banks do this too) rearrange the purchases so that the biggest always shows up first, so that in the end, visits to the dollar tree can cost you $eachThis practice is just taking advantage of people and something needs to be doneThis bank is making a killing on it's customers with no remorseThe bank operators are instructed to say, "there's nothing they can do, it's all done electronically"...so why have them then? I've lost hundreds this year, thousands in the past...I'm done with PNCSomeone needs to consider a class action lawsuit against this company!
