Horizon Services HVAC technician Donald K. gave our furnace the pre-winter once-over. All is well (we bought the furnace from Horizon) and he provided me the stats to prove it. He's been out here a couple of times and so is familiar with the unit, the layout of the house and the canine welcoming committee.

Steve C[redacted] did a good job of checking and maintaining my gas heating system. He was very professional and explained everything I needed to know.

We used Horizon to do winter service on our heating system and the technician noticed a potential issue on the hot water heater which was about 10 years old. We call Horizon that same day to inspect the hot water heater and Keith K[redacted] recommended a replacement due to severity of the issue and that the heater was 10 years old. He said he could come any time that was convenient for us and provided a competitive price to install a new 50 gal power vented hot water. He came back on a Sunday and with his team and did an exceptional job completing the job. They were respectful of our home and time and took great care to make sure we were informed all along the way and happy with the work they did. I will recommend Horizon and Keith and also appreciate the heating technician, Matt Kazicky, who identified the issue. Great job by the entire Horizon team including the customer service support team.
