WOW! What a great tech and an amazing company! We had a leak that required extensive repairs. Not only was Horizon Services the best bid, but they did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier! Keith K identified this issue and made sure we were aware of all our options before suggesting anything. He was great, as have been all the technicians we've had from Horizon!!

The technician arrived exactly on time, was very respectful of our home, and was very personable. He didn't mind that I watched him do the work and explained what he was doing. He answered all questions that I had. He explained the charges on the bill and made recommendations on a replacement system as mine is near its end of life (15 years).
