I called Horizon Sunday morning with my AC problem, phone intake/scheduling staff were pleasant and efficient. Technician [redacted]. arrived that morning as scheduled and efficiently identified and fixed the problem.

I just wanted to thank [redacted]. For his great job in fixing our air conditioner even though it was 96 degrees outside. He was very informative and I appreciate all the advice he has given me. I am pleased that I called horizon for my air condition [redacted] will call horizon when I need a plumber. Thank you [redacted] you're the best!

Horizon technician, [redacted], arrived at the appointment time. He worked quickly, cleanly and was very pleasant during the time he was on site. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Great customer service from [redacted]. He worked to get us a hot water heater on a Sunday. I will use Horizon again and will recommend them to family and friends.

Tom came for yearly check up on heating & air conditioning systems. He explained everything that he was doing as he did them. I needed a new filter, which will be delivered tomorrow. He was careful with closing doors as I have a pet cat. I was very comfortable having him in my home. L. S.

Jason P. was the HVAC Service Technician who came and showed my the issue with my heater. He was polite and friendly. I felt confident in him and with the Horizon company afterwards. The professionalism was refreshing from the previous service companies I've used. The Horizon Services Inc. HVAC technician, Frank D, was on time for our appointment. He is courteous, honest, & pleasant. This is the third year I have ad Horizon come out to inspect my heater/AC systems & I could not be more pleased.

Kenneth was an excellent help to us. He was very knowledgeable about what the situation may have been in our home. He worked well and fixed our issue with the plumbing. He was very professional and personable the whole time. We feel we can ask for him verses your other technicians if needed in the near future. We greatly appreciate his work performance.

Great customer service, efficient technician

The technician was very nice; however, during 25 degree weather our furnace was not working at all. He stated that he would check the warehouse for the part and if not available, he would order it. We did not receive a call back the next day as promised and we were without heat for almost 3 days. After numerous calls back to Horizon, I was informed that the part wasn't ordered and their tech had to come back to get the serial number of our unit. The next tech they sent DID have the part on the truck and it was not an item that needed ordered. He repaired the problem and we had heat. Perhaps this individual needs additional training on the units.
