Thanks to Horizon we are cool again. Our house was really, really hot when our air conditioning failed. Horizon had a tech out to us in only a few hours and at the scheduled time. Our tech ([redacted].) was courteous, friendly, neat and not at all pushy. He explained the problem, the solution, the cost and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend using their services.

Great customer service from [redacted]. He worked to get us a hot water heater on a Sunday. I will use Horizon again and will recommend them to family and friends.

Tom came for yearly check up on heating & air conditioning systems. He explained everything that he was doing as he did them. I needed a new filter, which will be delivered tomorrow. He was careful with closing doors as I have a pet cat. I was very comfortable having him in my home. L. S.
