On May 9, 2016, I called Horizon at 10:am to report a leak under my kitchen sinkAmanda, the scheduler, advised me that a technician would be there between and At 12:00, Mike Rich called to ask if he could come eariler because of a cancellationHe arrived shortly after the call, introduced himself and just like the commercials say, he put on the orange plastic bootiesHe identified the problem and discovered that the required part was not on his truckMike went to the nearby plumbing supply store, purchased the part and installed itHe also checked the garbage disposal and cleaned the entire areaHe was extremely polite, competent and knowledgeableOur experience with Horizon, and especially with Mike, was a pleasureThank you, Mike

My first visit by Horizon, and a very nice visit it was The technician, Ryan B., was helpful and clearly explained everything that needed to be done and how much it would cost He was on time, even with having a little trouble with directions My number one repair was done with minimum trouble and in very good time Looks beautiful My second, and more complex repair was scheduled I would rather not need their services, but would call again for their excellent service

My experience with Horizon Services was excellent, From my telephone call to schedule a service call for a heater problem I was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday with a choice of times for the tech to arrive at my home I chose the 10:to 2:pm window and received a phone from Horizon on Friday night to confirmed the appointment and a call on Saturday advising me the tech would arrived in minutes, Jose Sarrived at my home around 10:am and listened to me about the heater/vent problem in the upstairs bedroom He went down to the basement to check out the heater and water pressure and started to explaining how the heater dials worked and explained what he was doing We then went upstairs to the bedroom and he worked on the vent but unfortunately he told it was probably the radiator went bad Jose Stook his time and while he was writing up the transaction sheet - he explained in detail the problem but unfortunately Horizon Services does not service radiators I felt that Jose Stook his time and was a very pleasant Horizon Services have been to my home for many services in the past and every spring & fall for a checkup on the A/C & heater, I would not hesitate to call Horizon again for service Rita B
