Colin was prompt, courteous and efficient while servicing our heating unit. He answered a few questions I had while he serviced our unit. His competent service and congenial style convinced me to renew our gold service agreement for another year.

Plumbing technician Bill L provided excellent customer service, co-ordinating with another service that was here to repair a leak and collaborating with them to answer my questions about their pressure tank. He also helped in negotiating a competitive price for a new water heater and installed it efficiently and professionally.

I've been using Horizon Services to do furnace and ac tuneups for a number of years. Frank, like every other Horizon technician I've had out, was polite, clean, pleasant, and reassuring about the state of our HVAC - I abhor service people who try to sell you a new system when you know everything is fine. These guys don't do that. He even went back downstairs after we'd signed the papers, because I mentioned that maybe our ducts weren't adjusted properly. He opened several that we had not realized were closed, and showed me where they were so I can manage them myself. Awesome!

I had a pipe break in my bathroom. Horizon came out quickly. The Technician Keith was great, courteous, and did the job fast and right. I would recommend him and Horizon again and again.

On time, very nice fix my problem

I have been very pleased with the Horizon HVAC Maintenance Technicians that have provided my semi-annual maintenance. They are polite, willing to answer my questions and assist me so I can maintain my system in good working order. They also go over all the maintenance checks that they have performed and the results.

I recently began using Horizon for Heating/Air Conditioning and Plumbing services. They are amazing. The appointment call is easy and helpful and the technicians have all been on time, very polite, knowledgeable and hard working. Horizon is the only company I will be using.

Steve C., a technician with Horizon Services, greatly helped us out today (Sunday) by arriving timely and expertly analyzing the problems we've been having with our furnace. He restored the unit to good working order leaving us warm and toasty once again. Steve will be welcomed in our home any time.
