This company consistently refuses to simply send their email to meThey have my email, why won't they provide me with theirs? The email received says, "If you are not happy with your purchase it can be returned for a refund" However, with this company's track record seen on here and various other sites I will not believe a refund is necessarily forthcoming. Btw, It is not that I am not happy with a product that is genuine...but the fact that I have been scammed into purchasing a fake product, that is at the heart of the issue.
I will return the product but I am not closing this complaint until I am refunded the entire amount I paidIt is truly shameful that there are scammers out there that are still trying to portray themselves as legitimate businesses.

I wish I could give them 0 stars! I will never purchase from hottperfume again. I ordered the Black Opium women's cologne and paid for priority shipping (2-3 business days). After 2 weeks of not receiving my perfume I started emailing them every other day asking where my perfume was. I NEVER got a single response to any of my emails! 3 1/2 weeks later it finally arrived and was in a first class mailer, not PRIORITY MAIL that I paid for! I would recommend to anyone to NEVER order anything from this company!

I also forgot to mention that I ordered the Black Opium Parfum but received the Eu de toilette! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!

Order#25536 AnnMarie Haight from Dawsonville, GA. I have used them before and so this was very disappointing and unexpected. Ordered my perfume May 14th 2018 and paid around $70. It is June 9th and still have not received my order. I received one response to all my emails and they said they were sorry and that I would receive my order that week. No one answers the phone, but you'll get a recording saying to check back later. There is no voice recorder set up to leave a message either. If they aren't scamming people now, then their customer service does not exist.
I received an e-mail from Hott Perfume shortly after posting this review and they stated that the perfume I ordered last month is sold out. If they were out of the perfume, I would have preferred they not charge my card and contact me instead. However, they did offer me a refund or a comparable perfume/upgrade. 'Emporio She' is what I want and so I requested a refund. I received an Auto Response that they are on vacation until the 15th and so it looks like I will have to wait another five days before I'll receive a reply about their refund procedure. Sigh! Here it is the 17th of June without a followup response from them. It's been over 30 days since they took my $70 and I have no perfume, no refund and no customer service! 6/28/2018 - Sent a complaint to BBB on 6/10/2018 and they forwarded it to HottPerfume. They have 30 days to reply. Still no word from them, but I continue to get promotion emails from them daily. But they can't find the time to credit my card for the money they stole two months ago. 7/10/2018 People get arrested in stores all the time for shoplifting for things of lesser value than what they stole from me. I do not understand why our judicial system allows on-line theft and won't arrest them, but will take a person down in a heartbeat for stealing a piece of fruit from a store. Don't buy from these crooks!

I tried several times to follow their directions without successTheir complaint that I didn't respond to them is exactly the scam they are pulling by deliberately putting up obstacles so that defrauded customers will simply give up and accept the lossI have the fake product already wrapped in the box in which it came and would be quite willing to return it if I could be assured of a refund. I also think that the state's attorney general should be made aware of this fraudulent activity.

Recently bought a cologne for my hubby's birthday, one of his favorites. He was very happy with his gift and I was pleased with the shopping part of getting it. The site is a place I would shop from again. For their reasonable prices and I liked the site in general.

I was given a partial refund of $95. I want a full refund and I want to be reimbursed for the shipping cost of sending the item back as well as the original shipping charge.

As stated in my prior communication this business advertised on their website they were selling Perfume.   When I received the item it was not perfume as advertised, but Toilette which is watered down and not 100% perfume.  Had Io not looked on the bottom of the item with a magnifying glass, I would not have known.    The bottle was also not full and 1/4 of it was missing.    They misrepresented the product and was not willing or did anything to resolve this issue.  I had to pay an additional $ 10.30 for shipping that they should have paid for.   I expect a full credit for the $ 69.99 as they charged me and for them to pay for the return shipping.  You cannot reach them by phone and they are very slow and only responded with one email regarding my issue and I still have not received my credit and it was sent back priority mail on 3/*/2016.   I will never order from this company again.

[They are false advertising their products.  I ordered perfume and received ed u toilette and the bottle was not full.  They did not offer a free shipping label or offer to reimburse for the shipping due to their error.    I sent numerous emails and all I got was an email that stated to relax!!!
