Nothing has been "settled" as far as I can tell. No refund sent to credit card, and I have received no further correspondence from hottperfume since their original response telling me to return the item. I have no idea why they have responded this way.

Hottperfume is a scammer. I had order a bottle of Dior Addict perfume from them more than a week ago and still haven't receive it yet. I have a feeling this company is scammer so email them for refund and still haven't hear from them. I email them 4 times and warm them I am going to leave bad review and report to Business bureau but they don't care.

Review: Hottperfume has not refunded me the total purchase price of returned defective products purchased in December 2013. A partial refund has been issued, but with no explanation of the refund amount, nor is their customer service responding to my emails for the remainder of the refund amount due. Multiple phone calls to the their customer service contact number all resulted in the same message stating that I was to send an email to their customer service. No person ever answered the phone.

Email correspondence with their customer service was initiated on Dec **, 2013 to request a full refund. Additional emails were sent on Jan **, 2014, Jan **, 2014, Jan **, 2014 and the email replies all simply questioned the nature of my return request although I had continually stated that the items were defective and that I wanted a full refund and not a replacement. Eventually, on Jan [redacted]2014, they replied that I would receive a refund if I returned the items to Hott, [redacted] and to include the order number.

Since sending the items back on Jan **,2014 I had not been credited a refund or sent any confirmation that the items were even received by Hottperfume, So, on Feb **, 2014, I again emailed Hottperfume to request that I be credited for the purchase price of $86.17 since returning the defective merchandise a month earlier. An email from Hottperfume was then sent to me that same day on Feb **, 2014 simply stating "This order has been refunded." I then confirmed that I had indeed received a refund to my credit card on Jan **, 2014, but it was a partial credit of $70.00. No explanation of the credit was sent to me as to why the full purchase price was not refunded.

Hottperfume has failed to respond since Feb **,2014 although two attempts to request an explanation of the partial refund and the remainder of the total purchase price remain unanswered, sent Feb **, 2014 and Feb **, 2014.Desired Settlement: Refund of remainder of purchase price of $16.17. Additionally, I agreed to pay for the return shipping of their defective products even though I believe that Hottperfume should refund that amount also of $8.75 paid to the USPS on Jan **, 2014.

Review: I was sold a fake, knock-off perfume. I was charged $73(similar price to REAL Dior perfume) so I had no idea it was a fake. Nor does the posted product description suggest it is not a real Dior product. (The price listed in the descritption is lower than what I paid a few months ago.)

I have attached a photo of the REAL perfume (on the left) and the FAKE one they sold me (on the right) for $73. They deny the perfume they sent me was a fake, but the photos clearly show the different bottle they created for their knock-off version of the Dior Poison perfume. I also see online that there are MANY other complaints from people (on your Revdex.com site as well as other sites) to whom they have done the same thing -- sold fake, knock-off versions of expensive perfumes -- to MANY customers.

Review: I ordered some perfume from this company and it is NOT real perfume as it claims. I know for a fact that this product (if real) is made in New York and the bottle says France. It looks different and even smells horrible. Not the real deal as claimed. I have tried to contact the company by phone (a recording stated no one could answer my call) and was told to contact them through [email protected]. I did just that and never heard back from them. I contacted my credit card co. and they also are trying to help me.Desired Settlement: A full refund back to my credit card and also I will send back this so-called perfume if they send packaging (free).

I was NOT notified by Hottperfumes about a resolution. I contacted Discover Card once again and they said that right now it was considered resolved, HOWEVER, Hottperfumes has another 45 days to respond. A credit was given back to me so I am hoping that it is resolved once and for all.

Review: I recently purchased Ralph Lauren's Hot as a gift for a loved one for Valentine's Day from Hottperfume.com. As this scent is a limited edition product and very challenging to still find in stores I opted to purchase online. I was very excited to find it available on Hottperfumes website and it was priced about the same as in stores so there was no reason to think that I would not be getting the product that I thought I was purchasing. I even paid additional money for expedited shipping. Upon opening the parcel bo with excitement to see the look of surprise on her face, I noticed the packaging sleeve around the the box looked slightly pixelated, starting to have me second guessed my find online. We proceeded to open the perfume, bottle identical to the real deal and sprayed... Only to find and smell that this was a fake. This smells nothing like the real Ralph Lauren Hot!!! Hottperfume had no problem taking my money for a fraudulent product. They knowingly are misrepresenting products and have a phone number that does not allow you to speak to anyone or leave a message for a call back. I highly doubt that if I email them, I will get a response.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the fraudulent product I was given, so that I may go find an honest retailer and get exactly what I paid for from them.

Review: I ordered a bottle of Dior's Hypnotic Poison from this website. What I received was a fake bottle of perfume in a bottle that was obviously fake. I have been wearing this perfume for years so obviously I would know a fake. I'm sure I'm not the only person duped by this website and I'm sure that Dior is not the only perfume that they are stealing the name of and selling a fake product. Review: I ordered a bottle of Opium for Women by Yves Saint Laurent, 3.3 oz Spray and charged it on my CC. The total cost plus shipping was $65.98. The packaging looked pretty authentic, but the minute I sprayed it I knew something was wrong. I have been wearing this for over 15 years and I know the scent. At first I thought maybe it was because it was the first spray, so I tried it again couple of other times the next day. It smells like it has been mixed with another cologne, in my opinion, a man's cologne. I contacted the company by phone a couple of times and got a recording directing me to send an email with any questions. I have sent two emails detailing info on my complaint, my desire to return the product and receive a refund... I have had no response. I looked online and found there are numerous complaints similar to mine. How are they still doing business?? Please help me to resolve this scam and get my money back. The funny thing is that they have responded to my email since their last statement proving that they received it prior to my complaint to the Revdex.com. They gave me the address to send the item back to. I have returned the item and am awaiting a full refund. When my credit card is credited the full amount, I will consider the issue resolved.

Review: I purchased a high end men's fragrance from HOTTPERFUME.COM. In the website's advertisement, they advertised the product as [redacted] Silver Mountain Water. I have purchased this product before from reputable retailers (ie [redacted] and [redacted]) so I'm quite familiar with the product in question. Upon receiving my order and examining it, I could clearly tell the product HOTTPERFUME.com sent me was a complete fake. The bottle had scratches on it and there was arabic writing inside the folded brochure for unexplained reasons. The fragrance inside the bottle did not smell anything like the real product. This is a health hazard to me because I have no idea of what HOTTPERFUME.com placed inside that bottle of cologne since it wasn't specifically what they marketed to me. HOTTPERFUME.com has no listed contact phone number to handle customer complaints. My VISA card was billed $99 + S&H $5.99 for a total of $105.98. HOTTPERFUME.COM marketed a product that they knew or should have known was clearly a fake version of a [redacted] brand fragrance ([redacted])HOTTPERFUME.com sent me a response to my complaint (sent to [redacted]) asking for a refund. Ive yet to receive a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and want HOTTPERFUME.com to be held accountable for fraudulent business advertising practices.

I was refunded $95 of a total order of $105.98. I was originally billed $5.99 for the initial shipping. I had to pay out of my pocket $8.48 to send their company a practically worthless item back. I should be compensated the FULL amount of my order plus be reimbursed for the shipping cost I incurred. Furthermore, hottperfume.com is violating the law selling fake items to consumers. Review: I ordered perfume, giorgio armani code for women from [redacted]. I received a false product. I will list the details below. First of all it was late. It has been tampered with. It is an incorrect bottle with an incorrect label. It smells horrible and is clearly a false advertisement/SCAM. I have reached out to the company via email with no reply. The contact number, ###-###-####, is also what seems like a personal cell phone that "always" goes straight to voicemal. I paid $53.99 for this product and would like a refund. This is clearly a scam that lots of people are falling for. I have since done research on the company and I see this happens to a lot of people who also never hear from the company or get refunds on their returns. Review: I have repeatedly tried to resolve my issue with hottperfume. I have also filed a complaint with you on this same issue. I ordered Gio perfume from hottperfume.com. It was advertised as real perfume. It was not. I know that the perfume was made in New York and it was sent in a similar bottle with the box stating that it was made in France. I tried to call hottperfume.com and got a recording that no one would answer the phone and to contact them online. I tried on several occasions to no avail. Since I paid it through my discover card I called them for assistance. They were super, however they were told that it was a ligitimate transaction. I never disputed it was a ligitimate transaction because I did indeed do it. The merchandise was totally false---a watered-down alcohol substance. I wanted to send it back, but no one responded. Discover once again tried to help me and got hold of Merchant Services in Hagerstown MD. They said if I would send them the product they would proceed. I sent them the product and still have heard nothing but that it was a ligitimate transaction. I am not disputing the transaction. I am disputing the product and the advertising that states that it is real. I am out over the $75.98 due to sending back the product to Merchant Services. Now we have been dealing with this issue since August.Desired Settlement: Would like to have a refund of $75.98 back on my discover card and for hottperfume.com to have better customer service and truth in selling what they proclaim.

For those unfamiliar with the chargeback process, once initiated by the customer the merchant deals direct with the credit card company. We have already been debited. This complaint is closed.

Review: I ordered a perfume from [redacted]. Received a confirmation from HottPerfume.com. I already started to suspect that something was not right. And surely, today I received my perfume.

It came in the original box, the box was even wrapped and sealed like any regular perfume box. I didn't even need to smell the perfume. I still had my "old" perfume here and the new bottle is a cheap fake (the cap is lightweight and cheap, the logos are fake), lint was sticking to the bottle and needless to say that the "perfume" does not even remind of the original Jadore.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I realized that these people have been doing business in this manner for several years. I also think that they should be hold responsible for what they are doing. This is fraud and counterfeit.

Its hard to believe that they get away with this and can continue to "produce" faked designer perfume and rip people off.

Review: They are selling a product that isn't the real product. They are advertising one product and selling another. I contacted the original manufacturer of the product and they do not make one like the one this place is selling.
