which is [redacted] to whom we will provide a form for the customer to fill out and email pictures of the board being defective. The customer has not provided us with the required documents as of 2/4, with no emails.

I have tried multiple times to get a return number once the item made it to me. I tried to reject it from [redacted] but that was blocked by the seller. I have called multiple times to call and get sent to a full voice mail. I have emailed multiple times and received nothing back. I will not return until a return authorization number is given. Other complaints on the company state they do not refund when the item is signed for at returns. It is still in the unopened shipping box.

 Yes, that email was sent.  I do not have to supply them with anything.  I followed all of the return requirements and paid for the return when the product did not operate at all.  But, the package was sent [redacted] and has already been delivered.  I have not received a refund or any other information from the company as I requested.  I am not satisfied with the response and nothing has been settled.  This has gone on since December ** with no refund for a product that did not work at all.  Proof of delivery is attached.

To Whom it May Concern, We apologize for [redacted] (Known in our system as Tracy Q[redacted]) unsatisfactory experience with her experience thus far. As you can see from the attached images, we had attempted to help [redacted] with her return process but have yet to receive her completed...

In addition, please see the attached shipping info. [redacted] package was handed off to [redacted] on 12/*/15 and she did not request to cancel her package until [redacted]0/15, 2 full days after her package was in transit. As per our terms and conditions on our website, the customer is responsible for any shipping fee's occurred due to change of mind. [redacted]

 After going to [redacted] for a credit on my return shipment of the Hoverboard, [redacted] refund the funds back to me, where as Hoverboard refused and I have a letter proving that.  I was saved by [redacted] and will never purchase anything from this company again.
