Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The shell of the board would have never been damaged if it wasn't for your faulty productYour product stopped working less than two months after my son started using it What do you expect when the board shuts off while in motion when riding it on concrete or asphalt? Of course the plastic of the board is going to get damaged Even after trying to reset the board, like your company said to, it still shut off while in motion And guess what happened??? The plastic shell of the board got even more damaged! The customer placed a charge-back dispute with her [redacted] Credit Card Company On March ***, we received a third and final notification from the issuer ( [redacted] Credit Card) stating that the dispute was ruled in favor of the customer Since we lost the dispute, the customer will be (or has already been) refunded by her credit card company
