Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.I'm so sorry to bother you but a few days ago a filed a customer review, reported a scam and a complaint against Hoverboardcompany phone number ###-###-####complaint # [redacted] I did it because I bought a Hoverboard online on December *2015, and nothing is secure or safe during this holidaysOn the website, the company promise a days delivery and the phone number listed on the web nobody answers it So I thought that was an scam because a week passed, didn't get the product and I couldn't contact anyoneI filed this complaint but finally product has arrived today December **, so I'd like to cancel or delete the complaint, the customer review and reportsorry again for any inconvenience I might have causedfeel free to contact me at ###-###-#### if you have any questionI'll try to contact Revdex.com tomorrow during business hours to clarify this issue Sincerely, [redacted]

Ordered a hoverboard for my son for Christmas Opened the box and he literally was only able to ride the hoverboard for 15-minutes and then one side just completely stopped working After multiple emails and phone calls that were never answered, I finally receiving an email back I am told that I have to pay to ship it back and pay a 15% restocking fee if they even approve the refund This is absolutely ridiculous The board was $and we haven't even been able to use it, so why would I be charged to return it DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE TIMES!!!

I order a hoverboard on and was promised delivery in daysI did not receive and have still not received my product, I contact the company via their non line and reached customer service twiceBoth times I was promised the board would be shipped out the next dayI have not received the HoverboardI have contacted the company via email several times and they have not respondedIt's - still no product and no the company does not answer the phone
