Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Its almost been days since I received the second non working phoneI just spoke with Sprint again and the device still can not be activated on Sprints networkIt has almost been days since I received the 1st device that could not be activatedI deserve at this point to be sent a new device so that it is guaranteed to workEspecially since this entire time I have been without a phone and I am still paying for a lease payment on the phone as well as a line chargeHTC cant continue to say working with Sprint for weeks on end and Sprint tell me the device is never going to workEspecially since this is what happened with the first deviceI just want a phone that works on sprints network and I want to be done with this issueLets resolve it before we hit days.Sincerely,Nicole ***

The
only reason so much time has passed is because I have been waiting on HTCThat is completely on them, not meI have no control over how slow they areThe Uh Oh protection I agreed to was falsely advertisedI was promised a specific service and received a completely different one.
To sum it up:
They lied to me and sold me something I did not agree to
They continued to lie to me each time I called and complained saying they would fix the problemInstead they were stalling to waste my time and then tell me I've surpassed their time limit

In order to overcome the difficulties with the repair facility that resulted in a delay in delivering the replacement phone to Mr***, HTC used all required follow up and resources in order to complete his exchange We are currently working in providing a compensation for Mr***, since he expressed interest in some accessories for his HTC device. He will be updated as soon as we have a response

HTC understands the customer's request, nevertheless, we've been working very hard on solve this situation, in the next couple of days the customer will be contacted back with a resolutionIn the meantime, we will request to the customer a little more patience while we receive the final decision

The HTC PRO latest software version is Windows Due to restricted access to Windows system information we cannot provide any software to the customer, she will need to contact Windows to get that information. On the other hand, based on our records, the year warranty for the HTC PRO with
Serial Number: *** started on 2011/05/and expired on 2012/05/The customer purchased the phone on eBay, as they are not an HTC authorized reseller, we cannot validate the warranty of the deviceThis phone is no longer being manufactured, meaning that we don't have the parts to fix it, so we cannot offer a repair process or replace option.We advise the customer to contact the eBay seller to check if they have a seller warranty that the customer can use

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I have been through this with HTC every time I talk to them they keep sending me an Email and I have to pay out of pocket to retrieve the messageI have told them over and over I cannot get the message off of a phone that does NOT work so I have told them to send it in regular mail to me so I can send the phone backI have waited weeks on the label to mail it back, so I just received another Phone call from them on 11/28/2016 and I explained AGAIN that I cannot retrieve an Email to get a label to print without paying out-of-pocket and to put it in the mail to mewe will see if this same routine gets through this timethat is why I haven't accepted anything from them because I have been through this is the past.Sincerely,*** ***

I have responded to HTC's emails already regarding the shipping label, stating that I received it and shipped my phone, and I have been told in voicemail to contact them if there are any other issuesThey have not requested for me to reply to their correspondence for any other purpose so I see no reason for HTC to continue trying to contact me unless there is something needed regarding the phone replacement

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: It is "shady" business practice to remove the "Warranty" on the HTC simply because I purchased the exact same HTC device through T-Mobile rather than through HTC.comAll HTC One devices (M7, M8, M9) had Warranty when purchased through the cell carrierTo remove Warranty Protection simply because I purchased it through my carrier I feel is neither good business practice or fair to your loyal customersShame on you HTCThis is wrongI will never buy your devices again unless you correct this negligent behavior toward your loyal customers.Sincerely,*** ***

A tracking number has been created by UPS ***

The repair process of Mr*** phone model HTChas been completed according to ticket # ***. The device is ready to be shipped back to the customer as per FedEx tracking# ***.
On the other hand, the new ticket # *** was
created with the purpose of sending accessories (SIM tray and SD Tray) that Mr*** lost in a previous repair due to a misunderstanding

The customer has been educated on the policies of the return-refund process, he does not agree with the time period the company that he used to make the payment through (PayPal) takes to the refund the money, those are PayPal policies and something we don’t have any control over

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:This case was NOT responded by HTC over a month and it's been automatically closed by Revdex.comI realized my case was going nowhere therefore I started to post numerous messages and to share my horrible experiences on HTC's social media pages to get HTC's attentionFinally someone from their "escalations department" contacted me and provided me a replacement. The irony of this was, previously when I asked their representatives to escalate my case, they kept saying they were unable to do so because there's no such department they could escalate to. Yes I did receive a replacement from HTC but I am not satisfied with HTC's service at allI would probably never get my case resolved if I didn't keep fighting. I found this business failed to make good faith effort to resolve my case.Sincerely,*** ***

We have been in contact with the customer and we had initially provided a one-time exception to swap her Canadian branded product in our repair facility located in Memphis, TN, USAAn On-site exchange swap ticket with the ticket # *** was booked and a UPS shipping label with the tracking #

However, unfortunately we were not able to reach out to the customer to explain the previous offer in time, so she had decided to ship the device herself to our repair facility in Markham, ON, Canada through UPS with the tracking # ***
Therefore, we will work towards repairing the tablet in Canada and returning it to her in perfect working conditionsAt the same time, as a courtesy we have sent a loaner product for her to use while her device is repaired and it will arrive to her through UPS with the tracking # ***
Additionally, we have apologized to her for the inconvenience she has gone through and as compensation we have provided her with a coupon code for $that she will be able to redeem in our website for the purchase of any product at any time

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: My complaint was about the lack of customer service I am receivingHTC is not and has not responded to me concerning this and I am again disappointed and feel that the problem will remain unresolvedThey want me to allow a charge of $to be placed on my credit card or to send them the phone I have before they will replace itI am afraid to do either since the company has failed to remain in contact with me concerning this issue brought to their attention in June I will be doing what I can to steer friends, family and colleagues to avoid dealing with HTCIt's absolutely ridiculous that I have had to contact Revdex.com just to get a response from HTC that is outside of what I was told during my original call in JuneI will locate that information and see what can be compiled to satisfy their requestI now request free shipping with confirmation, paid for by HTC when I return my phoneI will do as HTC has and respond only thru Revdex.comCould take a couple of days but I will send what I find from my provider as soon as I am able to obtain the now required information

I have already asked you to stop contacting me in the last messages, obviously you are too stupid even though I said exactly thatI have already started telling quite a few people that you are too incompetent to even try to fix the phone that you manufacturedSo enjoy the negative marketingBut yes please stop contacting me, you are just pissing me off even more at this point
