I will drop the complaint once the following conditions are met:1) I am contacted by a Huffman Koos customer service representative2) The new nightstand is delivered to me at my home address3) I can confirm the nightstand is in new condition with no scratches or dents, and that both drawers work properly

Delivery of 12/29, Customer called the store on 1/3 to say the electrical components of the chair are not working. As per Ted in the store our service company, SAW, was notified. Customer will be receiving a call to set up in home service to hopefully resolve all concerns.

Thank you for following up on the refund. However, I am shocked and dismayed at how long a simple refund has taken. This deposit was made in November of 2015 and is now being refunded 6 months later. Being in executive management myself, I can appreciate the difficulties that come along with a change in leadership, but this is downright incompetence at the highest level. I'm happy to hear that you guys will be making changes moving forward and I appreciate the follow up on the refund request, but I will definitely never shop at Huffman Koos again, nor will I recommend you to anybody else.  [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I waited 2 days for the call the response said I would get.  It never happened.  I then called the number provided as a follow up and left a voice mail for them to call me back.  It has been 2 days since I left my message and still no response, and no resolution to my problem.

I apologize for the issues set forth from this customer delivery. We have offered this customer a replacement of their incorrect product but the customer husband refused. This was sent directly from the vendor and we asked the customer husband to let us make it right repeatedly. Since, this is a...

This is a lie. This is the same answer they gave me the first time I spoke to them. No one every followed up and did anything to resolve the issues we are having. I still have broken furniture. If they are going to do something then they should get moving on it no make us wait 6 months for a nonsense answer.

The chest this guest is looking for is in stock and available for delivery right away. There was a problem with our truck on 1/3 and an obvious miscommunication with our store. As for the store closing, Huffman Koos is doing a massive liquidation in order to renovate and rebrand. Huffman Koos plans...

on reopening after the renovations are complete. Our stores are full and our warehouse as well. We would not take a chest off the floor for our guest unless it was the last one available. I have informed the store to call our guest and book a delivery date for the chest asap.
