Terrible
Purchased a bedroom set in September 2023. First delivery one nightstand was damaged and no hardware for mirror to attach to dresser. Second delivery the sent driver to wrong address. Third deliver, nightstand has gouge in it, no hardware for mirror. Many phone calls later, told furniture is discontinued and I won't be getting hardware. Many messages left with Service Manage Lisa Barkalow remain unanswered. I would advise anyone looking to purchase from Huffman Koos to avoid completely.

Defect in Sofa
I purchased a designer style sofa from Huffman Koos , Fairfield Store on April 6, 2023.
Sofa was delivered Mid May and had a defect on one side of sofa! I immediately called store and spoke to store manager and sent pictures to her!
No response after sending pictures.
Called Customer Service- sent pictures!
Then I was called and informed tech was coming to see the defect!
Received a very unprofessional call from
Customer Service that tech decided the sofa is up to standards!
I went the store, spoke to in house customer service and was told he had to do what tech said!
I showed this rep the difference in my sofa and the floor model!
He and the manager agreed that there is a
Difference, but would have to speaker to his supervisor and then make a decision.
The manager of this store (Fairfield ) gave me the warranty for CARACOLE MANUFACTURERS AND TOLD ME To CALL THEM. Why should I have to do this?
Also, when I signed contract for the sofa, I paid $300.00 for insurance without receiving literature indicating info about insurance company.
This has been almost three weeks and I have not received a satisfactory response!
I would like to return sofa! I do not trust
Huffman Koos . I would like a refund and I do not want to have anything to do with
Huffman Koos.
During this time there was not one apology of any kind until I told the in store Customer Service Rep and said he was sorry about this situation!
Several times , more than one day , I have tried to reach the store and no one answers the phone!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been more than patient (months now) with no one contacting me regarding this issueI was told we would receive a part in days and that was a lie, I was told by the corporate manager she would get back to me later in the day and let me know but that was a lie as wellI called her again and left her messages and she never returned my callI never even got to use the end tablePlease just exchange it and give me a new one that works!! [redacted] I am sorry your table arrived damaged unfortunately this was out of our control and yoursWhat you failed to mention in your complaint is that this was a special order and you singed an agreement that this order could not be cancelled as it was ordered special for you You failed to tell Revdex.com that we in fact were able to deliver you a new table within days but you refused delivery I was personally sitting in guest services when Heather who CALLED YOU was told by you that you refuse to take delivery I then directed you back to Sam D [redacted] who against his better judgement allowed you to cancel your order As for your complaint against Sam D [redacted] again you have no merit as you first agree to take a second delivery of a SPECIAL ORDER then decline and blame Sam? Tell us why here...I have gotten in touch with the director of sales and regional about this matter to see if we can get the piece exchanged or if we can fix it and give back some type of compensation for the all the problems that the customer has been going throughAs soon as I hear a response I will reply back

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because Hoffman Koos knowingly sold me a product (the warranty) that they openly acknowldge was problematic During the last months I have visited the store on several occassions where the manager looked at the warranty, agreed that the item should be covered, and then made empty promise after empty promise about getting in contact with [redacted] to have the coach repaired Recently, a new manager, the fourth I've had to deal with since purchasing the couch, encouraged me to fail a complaint That was his solution I know how warranties work and found your explanation insulting Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: You have not explained how or why your store manager would make a promise to me to get the set in days, when apparently he should have known it would take weeksAs far as the store notifing me when the set arrives, if they haven't had the least bit of interest in calling me throughout this entire process, what makes you think they will call me when the set comes in?
