I am rejecting this response because:The reason I called in the first place to Revdex.com was that this is the 4th time an agent has promised my "next bill" will appear correct. So I just want to make sure it actually is there and wait until the September bill is issued, because they have broken their word before They say it is impossible to just credit me now, which would close the matter

I am rejecting this response because: if she is saying I cancelled in April, doesn't it make sense I should get 4 months credit back? Half December and Half april, January, February, and March? That is why when in the complaint I said $200 is reasonable. Yes, it is correct I cancelled it in April because I was out of country for business travelling, but still the technician who came last week said it was RCN problem that the prior technician installed the wrong server/speed. I wasn't getting the correct speed. I'm currently out of country right now again, I won't be able to answer any phone calls. We can contact each other through this or by email [redacted]Thanks,

[redacted] wanted to know what changed on his bill.    I explained that there was an increase to one surcharge on his bill in the amount of $2.00 per month.    I explained the surcharge and what it covers to him.

I reviewed [redacted] account.  She did cancel service in April of 2016 and returned equipment.  However one cable box was showing as unreturned.  She was charged $84.80 for that box.  The remainder of her balance was from service from 02/04/16-04/19/16.   I...

called [redacted] and spoke to her about the account.  She stated that she did return the missing box.  We were able to remove the box from her account and remove the $84.80 charge.  [redacted] will make payments on the remaining balance.

I reviewed [redacted] account and spoke with him about the final bill and remaining balance.  He did receive a bill for over $500.00, this included charges for equipment that hadn’t been returned.  Once the equipment was returned, the charges were removed.  [redacted] stated that...

he was not aware of the activation of installation charge that appeared on the first bill.  I did issue credit totaling $46.86 to cover these charges.  I also issued credit on a late of $17.00 that was charged.  Finally I issued a credit of $20.00 as a courtesy for the issues he had.

[redacted] has not provided any proof that he did not reside at the address during the time the debt was incurred.  He has admitted that the lease has always been in his name for this address.  We will not be able to provide serivce to [redacted] until the outstanding debt has been paid.

I spoke to [redacted] and explained his bill to him.  His account is not past due.  A credit was applied to the account in between his first and second bills printing.  When [redacted] paid via our website it showed the updated reduced balance, which he paid.  However when the bill...

printed it we had to show the previous bill amount and the amount he paid, which left a balance.  This balance was covered by the credit.   [redacted] needed an updated statement for his home purchase.  We only print bills once per month.  I sent him an updated ledger showing that the account was not past due.

I spoke to [redacted] and explained why she was charged a late fee. I also explained when she needs to pay by to avoid a late fee in the future. As a courtesy I did wave the late fee.

[redacted] lives in a building that pays for part of his RCN service through is Condo Association fees, up until August 2016 two standard cable boxes were included in the agreement.  [redacted] wants to continue receiving one standard cable box for no charge from RCN.   Services not...

included in this agreement are billed directly to [redacted].  Since the building’s agreement no longer includes a standard cable box, he would have to pay RCN for the box.    [redacted] was receiving the box for free until his November bill, due to an internal error.  He should have been billed for the box starting in August when the building’s agreement changed.    [redacted] has the option of switching to the box that is included with his building agreement for no charge or keeping the standard box and paying for directly to RCN.

I spoke to [redacted] about her bill.  I reviewed the bill with her and assured her that we do not double charge for taxes.  I explained that she was charged for 3 outlet installations at $35.00 + tax.  She only had two outlets installed.  This made the bill approximately...

$35.00 higher than what was expected.  I issued credit on the outlet fee to remove it from the bill.  This credited the account a total of $36.90.  Mrs. [redacted] agreed that the balance is now what she was expecting.

I am rejecting this response because: The RCN salesperson told me to get an additional service, cable television, which will decrease my overall bill. I told the salesperson that I do not need cable as I do not watch cable television. He instructed me to "just get it" because the package decreases my internet services. There absolutely was never a mention of a "end of promotion". I signed up a fixed price that I was told would never end. This is a scam that misleads customers with hidden fees and unethical business practices.
