trial period of a full 30 days’ supply of the products Allegro anti-aging cream and Brio day and night serum.  Upon placing the order customers are required to accept the terms which states, “I agree that I am 18 years of age and agree to the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy policy”. Once you check the box and click on “Submit” button the order goes through and shipping and charges are applied. After the trial period is expired, the customer is charged for the full price of the monthly supply bottle received during his/her trial period. Thereafter, automatic shipments are sent out and charged to the customer every month, eliminating the need to remember to reorder their favorite product. A customer is not obligated to continue automatic shipments and can request cancellation at any time However, we would like you to review our liberal refund and cancellation policy mentioned in the terms and conditions: The Refund policy outlined in the terms: “It is Company's policy that all sales are final once the Product is delivered to the carrier. However, Company, in its sole discretion, may offer a refund of up to the purchase price for authorized, returned products. Due to the nature of the Product, Company can only process refund for unused Product returned in an acceptable condition suitable for resale. Our products are normally delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the order date.”  Case Summary: [redacted] placed an order for Allegro and Brio on May 11th, 2017. Upon placing the order, she agreed to try the products at the cost of shipping and handling. However, to avoid any charges, she was required to contact our company within the specified time of 14 days. [redacted] contacted our company on June 06th, 2017. One of our customer support representatives provided the detailed program and cancelled the subscription for Allegro and Brio. In regards to the refund request, she was given RMA number to return the products for a maximum refund. At this point in time we are happy to inform you that we have processed refund in the amounts of $103 and $109. Upon placing the order, she agreed to try the products for 14 days of trial period at the cost of shipping and handling. Please note that our products are delivered within 3-5 business days and as per the USPS tracking details, the products were delivered on May 16th, 2017 which was 5th business day from order date. [redacted] contacted our company on May 25th, 2017. One of our customer support representative explained the program and cancelled the subscription for the product Allegro. [redacted] wasn’t satisfied with the offer, so the representative provided her with a RMA number to return the products for a refund, minus the restocking fee.[redacted] still wasn’t satisfied, being charged $20 restocking fee. All refund requests require 3 to 5 business days for approval and a signed release and waiver by you.Case Summary [redacted] initially called us on 8th Nov 2016, wanted to cancel out from the program, stated she wasn’t aware of these charges, and was under the impression that the products she received were trial samples, one of our customer support representative provided a detailed and elaborated explanation on the terms and conditions she had accepted. She also informed that she called in earlier, our representative assured her that we haven’t received any calls in regards to this account before today’s date, as all calls and there logs our recorded and monitored.The representative informed her that she has been on the auto shipment program and has received the 3rd lot of shipment, and by canceling her account out todays date she will not receive any further charges or products. [redacted] then informed the representative that she wanted a refund on all the charges, the representative explained the refund policies and what was she entitle for. [redacted] then threatened us to file complaints with the Revdex.com and Attorney General’s office, if we do not refund all the charges, the representative explain that we have a 30 days refund policy only. To avoid any further confusions the representative processed a full refund on the last shipment and informed her that she could keep the products as a gift from our side. On 2nd Dec 2016, we received some letters from [redacted]’s credit card company, stating there were no terms and conditions mentioned on the website upon placing the order, our legal department responded to these letters providing them with all the information submitted at the time of order, also explaining what she had opted for. Regards,Leon T[redacted]

I've tried to call your company on several occasions, However; I was not successful at reaching anyone from your business ,when I called you had me wait a complete 10 mins and then said your call will be answered in 15 seconds and that came and went another 5 minutes and then still no person from company answered ever,No where does it say that I was to authorize you to Charge my Debit card for $103 after 2 weeks.... No where,all you stated was to pay for Shipping fee That's it ! Misled completly , not very happy about unauthorized charges , and there also was no paperwork that was sent to me with this product , stating  that you would further charge for product after 2 weeks , I feel very mislead!

I am rejecting this response because:Dear Leon, Firstly, the product that was sent to me was not the one that originally was advertised. That is at least to say, on your part, false advertisement. Secondly,I never requested two different products- these were sent...

and received conveniently after the "trial period". Lastly, your call center is run and operated by people with very poor grasp of the English language who were not able to solve my problem, but simply repeated the same thing over and over, and were extremely pushy in forcing me to accept, leaving me basically no option but to say yes or get nothing. There is no supervisor to talk to, and very difficult to hear and communicate-again, I am assuming this is some call center in a foreign country.  Let me add that, the page which is opened when you click on the Facebook add, DOES NOT STATE anything about a subscription- it is YOUR COMPANY'S PAGE, and there is no link to it from the window that it's open from Facebook as a "special offer". It is also impossible to actually go to your page to do any research, as the product which says is going to be sent does not match the one that is actually sent. So while you state that this is a subscription, you conveniently do it in a page to which I have no access until it's too late- that is to say, until I was charged. A loophole, I guess, to bait people and take their money. This is a obviously a well orchestrated scam: no one answers on Facebook, there are several people complaining about the same thing I am, none of them aware of any further charges, a call center with very poor representatives, and a lot of money being made by your company.  So whether you decide to do the right thing, ie a reimbursement for a product I did not know I was buying because your company used my information to do so, or you choose not to, It is up to you and your conscience. I do not want any more people being taken advantage of, so I would also kindly request you include the CORRECT NAME of the product/s being shipped, and a direct link from the sponsored adds to YOUR WEBSITE, if you have nothing to hide as a company.  I pray you do what is right.

Per the terms of the program, she was required to contact our company for cancellation within the specified time of 14 days.  Since we did not receive any cancellation request from [redacted] on 10th February 2017 she was charged for the first shipment of Allegro and again on 12th March 2017 she paid for a new supply of the product. On 13th March 2017, Miss [redacted] contacted our company inquiring about the multiple charges that she received on her account. One of our customer support representatives provided the detail explanation of the program and cancelled the subscription. We would like to inform you that we have processed your refund in the amounts of $109.93 on the most recent charge.We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide you any further refund as we do not cater refunds that are in possession of customer for more than 30 days.Regards, Customer Support Manager

One of our customer support representatives explained the program and extended the trial period for 30 days from the date of order on which [redacted] agreed. Miss [redacted] again contacted our company on May 08th, 2017 and agreed to return the products within the time span of 30 days for cancellation, therefore, the representative provided RMA number. However, we would like to inform you that [redacted] is not required to return the products, as we assure you that [redacted]’s subscription has been cancelled out. [redacted] contacted us on 12th Sep 2016, stated she wasn’t aware of these charges, and was under the impression that the products she received were trial samples, one of our customer support representative provided a detailed and elaborated explanation on the terms and conditions she had accepted.[redacted] demanded for a full refund, so the representative explain the refund procedures and restocking fee, generated a RMA# for her to return the products, [redacted] demanded for the refund to be processed the same day. Generally we don’t process any refund, till the products are not delivered to our warehouse, but the representative made a onetime exception by refunding her 40% of the refund at that moment and the remaining would be credited once we received the products at our warehouse. I am rejecting this response because: I responded to this company within a few days of being charged on two separate occasions during a 30 day free trial, also it took my credit card to dispute the charge to get a refund.  It is my belief this company uses deceptive practices to promote their products.

I am rejecting this response because:the terms of their so called agreement for the trail are not clearly outlined for the customer as they have written. 8if you look at the  complaints of other customers you can see this has happened many times. I truly feel it is fraudulent and they hope no one reads the fine print so that they can charge you the 200 dollars. They also intentionally wait to charge your card several days after receiving the product so you won't see it if you check your account upon receiving the product.

One of customer support representatives explained the detailed program and cancelled the subscription for the product Allegro and provided RMA number for the product Brio so that she may return the product Brio for cancellation. [redacted] also demanded refund of the charge that she received on her account for the product Allegro. Since she rejected the partial refund and wanted to return this product also, therefore, the representative provide RMA number for Allegro. We would like to inform you that we have received the products at our warehouse, thus, a refund has been processed in the amounts of $103.00.  We have cancelled the subscription for the product Brio. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, though not a true explanation of what happened.  I did not order from their website, an ad appeared to the side of my facebook news feed and I responded because of the free sample.  I was not taken to a website nor did I ever get any kind of response from the company at that time.  I expected a confirmation.  My credit card company did an investigation and have refunded full amount to me and I am satisfied that the matter issettled.I also still feel this company is not handling their business the way that I handle my small business.  I returned all the products that I received and have a signature showing they were received.

[redacted] contacted our company on June 09th, 2017 inquiring about the charges on her account. One of our customer support representatives explained the program and cancelled the subscription for the products Allegro and Brio. In regards to the refund request, we provided a full refund of the last charges that is in the amounts of $115.94 and $109.93. Miss [redacted] demanded refund of all the previous charges. As we have 30 days refund policy, therefore, making a onetime exception for Miss [redacted], the representative processed 50% refund on the previous charges that is in the amounts of $51.50 and $54.50. Upon placing the order, Miss. [redacted] agreed to try the products for 14 days trial period at the cost of shipping and handling. In order to avoid the actual price of each product, Miss. [redacted] was required to contact our company for cancellation within the specified time of 14 days from the order date.  On 22nd Feb 2017, we received an email from Miss. [redacted] requesting cancellation of subscription and refund. One of our email customer support representatives explained the detailed program and canceled subscription for the products Allegro and Brio.  In regards to the refund request, we offered her 40% refund for both products. However, on 24th Feb 2017, Miss [redacted] contacted our company again via call and demanded a refund. One of our customer support representatives again provided the detailed explanation of the program and provided RMA number to return the products for refund subjected to $20.00 restocking fee for each product. Miss [redacted] declined to pay the restocking fee, therefore, to deliver the best of customer service, our company's officer waved off restocking fee. At this point in time, we are happy to inform you that a full refund in the amounts of $109.93 (89.93+ 20.00) and $109.00 (89.00 + 20.00) has been credited back into Miss. [redacted]’s account.
