This is my second complaint I paid for life alert in full for year at they did agree to refund me for the months because my mother passed away in aug so my refund amount was When I called them they said they are charging me for months because they didn’t get the equipment back right away, even though they told me from the beginning I will not get a refund because of her deathSo when I called they now told me there is a warranty fee which I was unaware of but even with that my refund should have been more that I want my full refund minus the months If I have to have my lawyer involved I will but I rather not go that way .for the stress and aggravation they are putting me through right for the last two months I want a month refundI don’t need to go through this right now .TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution: RefundRefundselectDesired Outcome: I want my month refund and unaware of any warranty charges
