Alert 1 called me today and because they do see that [redacted] has spotty connection for my parents house, they will refund the fee.  They will also ask their marketing department to look at having an asterisk on their front web page where it indicates a 30 day money back guarantee, so people know it's only for the annual contract.  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Thank you so much!

I am rejecting this response because:  They have not contacted me to resolve, they continue to handle it as a collection call and the caller is unaware of the Revdex.com complaint.  They call several times a day and I canceled this service and returned the equipment.  I have tried to work with them directly and it is not resolved.My initial e mails were not returned.  Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:This is not a resolution. The company has, in fact, contacted me. Lydia continued the exact same lies and extortionary threats as Erica and Amber made. The only difference was that Lydia stated that she would send a prepaid shipping label.  She has not yet done so. She also continued the threat of holding me accountable for almost $1,000 of fees I did not incur, unless I return the equipment within 30 days. I didn't appreciate that tone when Erica used it. I didn't appreciate it when Amber used it. I didn't appreciate it any more when Lydia used it. It's a pretty safe bet that I'm never going to respond gratefully to illegal threats.
