This is my second complaint . I paid for life alert in full for 1 year at 458.40 they did agree to refund me for the 9 months because my mother...

passed away in aug so my refund amount was 199.00 . When I called them they said they are charging me for 4 months because they didn’t get the equipment back right away, even though they told me from the beginning I will not get a refund because of her death. So when I called they now told me there is a 75.00 warranty fee which I was unaware of but even with that my refund should have been more that 199.00. I want my full refund minus the 3 months . If I have to have my lawyer involved I will but I rather not go that way .for the stress and aggravation they are putting me through right for the last two months I want a 9 month refund.
