Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: This information is erroneous since I have checked my [redacted] account and have received no such refund from IGIGI. 
On receipt of that mail from IGIGI in April 2016 I replied to IGIGI informing them that no refund was received...

and they acknowledged that my feedback was indeed correct - that is - no refund was received. 
They informed me subsequently that they were receiving an error message when they tried to send me the refund.  HOWEVER, I have checked my [redacted] account and everything is correct.  I also called [redacted] helpdesk and they informed me that there is nothing wrong with my account so they see no reason why the amount was being rejected.  Efforts made to contact IGIGI have all proved futile.  I must get my money back from this company...I think it is a trick not to refund but will do whatever it takes to get my money back.Sincerely,[redacted]
