1.  The purchase was made on a credit card, it was returned...

following IGIGI's directions and policies, and IGIGI acknowledged the return and said it would refund my credit card account.
2.  I do not have, nor wish to have, a Pay Pal account.  Additionally, the original payment was not made from a Pay Pal account, nor did IGIGI state a Pay Pal account was necessary for refunding this purchase.

money to be refunded and is all I'm getting is a "REQUESTFOR REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED" I'm getting married this month and I still don't have a wedding dress because the money is tied up in this return of a wedding dress I sent back to IGIGI. This is so stressful and heartbreaking that I won't be able to afford the perfect wedding dress because IGIGI won't give me back money for a dress Ireturned last year. I am devastated!

Complaint: [redacted]I am unclear of this response. I am STILL WAITING  for my refund of $628 for a dress I returned in January. This is beyond ridiculous. I will be filing criminal and small claims suit against this company. I followed their return policy, they should do the same. I'm sick and tired of this back and forth "refund requested" with zero results on their end. GIVE ME BACK ME BACK MY MONEY! Thank you, Revdex.com, for getting involved! I'm sorry that it took your involvement to get my money refunded. My money has been refunded and I was given a store credit. I consider the matter closed and will not be using IGIGI again.

When we receive the returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
Depending on your purchase, we will either credit the original form of paymen or issue a store credit (for items returned past 45 days or items in our Sale category). Shipping fees are not refundable.
They received my item within 45 days. Also, it was not a sale item. It was a full price item, which a discount code was applied to once it was in my shopping basket.

Igigi is incorrect. I was refunded via my credit card for 2 out of the 3 orders only. I have emailed them 4 times about the order that they forgot on the Revdex.com complaint, [redacted], but they still have not responded to me. If they have sent me a check in the mail, I have not received it, nor have I been informed that I should be receiving one. I received confirmation that the other 2 orders were refunded, but no information whatsoever on my pleas to get [redacted] refunded. Their lack of customer service is ridiculous. Please keep this case open.

After many more attempts via email, I still have not heard back from Igigi regarding my refund for the following order number: [redacted]

If I was to return a dress to Macy's, I would be refunded immediately. There is no question that I am due a refund, and it's absolutely ridiculous that Igigi has a reputation of not refunding their customers for months on end. They have incredibly poor business practices.
I don't understand how, after so many unresolved complaints, including mine, that they can maintain such a good rating with the Revdex.com. A consumer would see the rating and believe that they were safe making a purchase from Igigi. Please keep me posted on next steps with this complaint and if you need anything further from me at this point. I understand that you are likely not in a position to offer legal advice or otherwise, but do you happen to know of any other recourse that I can take? I really don't know what else I can do.

I don't understand why you can't find it. The dress was purchased under my name, [redacted]. My order number is OR-XXXXXXXX. Order date was 11-4-2015. I ordered 2 Francesca dresses and returned one of them. The one I returned was Style# 324P25BLK-14/16. I paid with my Visa credit card in my name.
I received an e-mail from IGIGI confirming that my returned had been received and that my refund was being processed.
