I am rejecting this response because:In-Shape did not advised me for a prorated fee for the month of September If this is prorated fee why charged me $(as of December 2014) when my monthly membership fee is $79.99? In-Shape made a draft on my bank on December for $ At that time, it was explained to me that I still owe them $as a prorated fee I cancel my membership on August 13, and I have to pay for August - August which is $ Since I failed to pay the $25, it has a late payment of additional $for every month that it wasn't paid So for December, I owe In-Shape a total of $and that I accumulate it from Sept- December I told In-shape that I will dispute it On February 2015, In-shape made a draft again on my bank a total of $with an additional $from the month of December ($104.88)So In-Shape's explanation of the money that I owe them last December is totally different than what In-shape is claiming now Knowing that I am no longer a member of In-Shape, they still continue to charged me For the time that I am a member of In-Shape, I barely go to the gym It is not fair to pay an additional fee for the services that I barely use I already pay a lot of money to In-Shape including their annual payment fee

I am rejecting this response because: We DID NOT RESOLVE the information Revdex.com received is NOT correct. On May 28, 2015, offered me free membership for months. I thought it over and called *** *** back on May 29, 2015, and asked for the following = We are currently paying a monthly membership of $90.00, which includes membership for three people; our daughter = $per month, my husband=$per month, myself=$per month which totals $per month for three of us. Since my husband and I are under our daughter's plan, I asked to reduce our daughter's monthly membership fee to $25.00. Reducing our total monthly membership fee to $75.00, verses what we are currently paying=$90.00. THAT IS ONLY A $reduction. This would be a win win resolution on both parties. IN SHAPE 9*** ***) REFUSED the offer and said that the maintenance personnel who walked into the shower area that saw me naked DID NOT DO IT ON PURPOSE! As I have stated previously, there was a small sign posted in the women's locker room indicating that maintenance personnel would be working in the women's locker room from 12:p.m-3:p.m. THE MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL WERE IN THE WOMEN'S SHOWER AND LOCKER ROOM AREA AT 9:A.M. That was THREE HOURS PRIOR TO WHAT THE SIGN INDICATED. Also, what made things worse was when they saw me naked, THE TWO MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL DID NOT APOLOGIZE OR EXIT IMMEDIATELY, THEY CONTINUE ON TO THE NEXT STALL & CONTINUED TO DO THEIR WORK.I feel that asking for a $reduction on my total monthly membership dues for as long as it is active or until we decide to cancel our membership, is fair for what I have experienced at the INSHAPE CLUB who was NEGLIGENT IN SECURING MY PRIVACY AT THEIR CLUB

I am rejecting this response because: I appreciate the waiver of the late fees, which I feel should be done, but I don't understand why they cancelled my personal training? Since, because of a family emergency, I was unable to attend my personal training sessions for months I feel I still feel I am owed these sessions, afterall, they were still taking out payments during theses months I never received an explanation as to what the month pass due payments were for, but I'm assuming they were for the frozen months I would like an explanation of these month overdue payments I was unable to attend the personal training sessions from November until August I started continuing my training on August 21, according to my personal trainer, *** *** This would mean that I have only made up very slightly more than THREE months This company, In Shape, owes me very close to THREE MORE MONTHS!I want an explanation as to WHY they are cancelling my personal training and I want proof as to the legitimacy of this action!

The fan or air conditioner by the treadmills is not working properly and not like they used to. You were able to hear them go on and off and notice the thing tied to it blow and you can't now. I am tired of explaining this to you and know you will not do anything about it probably because I am a woman. Like a typical man you will not listen to a woman

I am rejecting this response because:I am still VERY unhappy with In Shape. I would think getting a notice from you would be enough, but no it wasn't.August 13th I received a call from In Shape, a young girl went on about how my problem had been solved and there was no reason to continue with Revdex.com. She was rude, irritating, chatty cathy, talked so fast I don't really know what all she said. I tired multiple times to speak to no avail. I finally asked her to stop talking long enough for me to say goodbye and hung up.Low and behold within minutes I get another call from In Shape. I could not screen the call since there was no phone # or id available. This time an older wiser women spoke with me. Wanting to explain this was an over site bla bla bla. I told her I was not interested in her poor excuse and to stop calling me or I would press charges for harassment, I said my a dues and hung up.My complaint now is; I am sure I am not the only one this has been done to. So know my question to YOU is how much money has this company collected fraudulently because people are not as wise to there trick as I have been.I would request there records be audited.Respectfully *** ** ***

I am rejecting this response because: The temperature at the gym has not been fixed as of Friday, March 27, 2015. My daughter's shirt was in fact wetter than before. My shirt was about the same. It can become a health hazard because when we sweat so much on the treadmills and then go to the weight machines the air is blowing at full power and it is cool over there. When we get into the car with our wet shirts the car seat is also cool to us. That is not good. I don't know still why they will not turn the air full power over the treadmills and put the air on a timer where the weight machines are located. I did receive calls from the manager of the gym and corporate office. I was told since my daughter is a marathon runner she should be used to the hot but I am not a marathon runner and I can't get used to it
