30, 2015. We have issued a replacement card in the amount of $100.00 that will

We expedited the refund check in the amount of $499.94 to the address provided in her complaint. We regret that this issue could not be resolved in a more timely manner. One thing I need to point out, the cards were redeemed without my consent. My issue has not been resolved with this response. I feel that cvs is responsible because I paid for a service that was not provided to me. Please review the case nd contact me with a better resolution. I have contact a few layers and my issues does not get solved and will take the next step and leave it at the lawyer hands.
