Dear [redacted] and the Revdex.com,

The ability to contact candidates via Indeed has been reviewed on this account and restored. We have emailed the client directly to let them know that they can now continue contacting candidates. We have also provided the resume contact guidelines to...

avoid any future issues.
Kind Regards,

Dear Revdex.com, Complaint: [redacted] As requested by the client, we provided a refund of $61.48 to the company credit card on 10/28.
Continued thanks,
[redacted]Indeed | How the World Works.™[redacted]

Dear Dan and the Revdex.com,After reviewing the account details, a refund has been applied to the advertiser's credit card in the amount of $696.73. This amount covers all charges accumulated in the account in December. We have notified the client to let them know the refund has been processed and...

should be visible on their credit card statement in 3-5 business days.Kind Regards,[redacted]

Dear [redacted]
As mentioned previously, a refund will not be granted here. We had previously attempted to contact you to discuss your experience in September, but did not hear back. Whether or not this was due to short staff, it is the client's responsibility to get in touch with us at the time of the problem, and not several months after using the product continuously. If there questions regarding unqualified candidates or not hearing back from job seekers in September, use of the product should have stopped until there was a consultative call with an Indeed representative.
In addition to this, we have already offered a free click credit of $350 to make up for this experience in an attempt at resolving this complaint, as we do not refund for candidate quality. This was rejected by the advertiser. While the client was not using the pay per click method, she was contacting candidates via Indeed Resume at her own discretion, and we make it very clear in multiple parts of our site that not all job seekers will respond to contacts sent out by Advertisers. The use of Indeed Resume is at $1 per contact. The employer must agree to pay this $1 each time they sent a contact to a job seeker, and for this reason we do not refund for Indeed Resume contacts.
If the client wishes to accept the original $350 credit towards free clicks for posting jobs on Indeed, this is the most we would be willing to over. Again, we will not be providing a refund to the credit card.
Thank you,[redacted]

[redacted] and Revdex.com:
Thanks for your response, while there is a job seeker account under [redacted], there is no advertiser account with that e-mail address.  It's possible that your credit card information has been compromised outside of Indeed then was used on our site by the person who stole or illegally purchased it.  We encourage you to contact your bank or credit card provider as it sounds like this is a fraudulent charge.  To speak with our Client Care team, please call [redacted] and press *.

Usually I'm good with Indeed Services, but I don't like it when you use false advertisement. Indeed has an option where you can post jobs for free! As you create the jobs, you have the option to sponsor them. Since it was my first time and I wasn't sure what kind of response I would get, I did not sponsor the job. I received quality applicants and it was going at a pace I can control. Indeed continued to send me emails trying to get me to sponsor the jobs. I did not feel I need to and did not want applicants to flood my emails. So after three weeks of being bombarded with emails trying to get me to buy their Employer Package and refusing, they took my post down. Someone called me and tried to accuse me of being a fake business, but I explained in detail what I do and even advised that I can supply documents. She did not want any proof that was in business and my post is for a common job position in the financial industry so I knew she was lying.

This is the email that was sent back:
"Thank you for contacting Indeed and being patient throughout this process. After reviewing the information we gathered for your account, it has been determined that we will not be able to support your postings. To protect the integrity of this company, we do not disclose the reasons behind these decisions.

Please note that your account currently is not accruing costs and no further action is required on your part. For your convenience, I have provided our terms of service and job posting guidelines"

I have not violated the terms of agreement, thus they cannot provide an answer. However, I will make sure their CEO knows what's going on and if they want people to pay for services than they need to be honest about that and put just that!

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: While I appreciate that transparency is your utmost importance, I was very transparent with your ad. Our company name is PCC medical clinics. That is our trademarked name and the one registered with CRA.
More specifically, my concern is that the ad would have been posted if we paid for it. This is an unethical business practice. I will not be using Indeed personally and/or professionally as a result.
We have already posted the ad with another provider and received over 300+ applications of high quality candidates, so I am no longer requesting for this ad to be posted on [redacted] Also,

Thanks for your note, we are happy to help.  If you can please provide the link to the job you mentioned, we can review why it is still active on Indeed, and expire it if needed.
Regarding the employee review, we do not see any current reviews on...

your Indeed Company Page:

But would be happy to investigate that as well if you can provide the link.

This seems to be a scam. As an employer, I was charged based on how many applicants were interested in working for me. In actuality I had countless people supposedly say they were applying for the position, but none of them were interested in coming in for an interview; so I had to pay a lot of money and didn't even have one possible candidate come in for an interview. It seemed as though Indeed must have encouraged people to say they were interested in a job even when they were not at all willing to interview for the job.
