I am rejecting this response because:
the answer provided is inaccurate and as usual provides only vague and no specific information. Our jobs are legitimate, with detailed descriptions and are listed on several other portals. We will be advertizing this response from indeed and are in contact with other companies who have been unfairly blocked by this firm and will be cooperating with them to seek legal action against indeed for unfair business practices.

Hi [redacted] and the Revdex.com,After reviewing this account and the details provided by the client, we will not be granting a refund here. Indeed is a self-serve product, and...

at any time if an employer is unhappy with the results, they may close their position on our site. In addition to this, when contacting candidates via the Indeed Resume product, the client agrees to pay $1 per each contact. This prompt occurs each time before the client is able to contact a candidate.Furthermore, after reviewing this employer's account history, we see that we had previously applied a refund of $63.64 on April 7th, 2016. At this time, if the client had any hesitations about using the product, they should have reached out to us prior to accumulating charges on the account again. We have disabled the employer's account to prevent further access and accumulation of charges per the client's request however the refund of $350.72 has been denied. Thank you,[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,We have provided a refund in the amount of $851.77 to resolve this client's complaint with Indeed. We have also emailed this client directly to communicate that the refund has been applied to resolve the issue. Kind Regards,[redacted]

[redacted]:We're sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience participating in Indeed's affiliate program.  We are happy to help you resolve any outstanding issues as soon as possible.  Can you please contact us directly at [redacted] so we can work through the...

I do not accept their response:
Attached you will see the email sent to me by Indeed approving my FREE job posting and telling me that it is live.  I wasted precious time assuming my ad was posted.  I wondered why I was getting no responses.  I even posted another ad re wording from the original thinking maybe I would get a response.  I received the same email from Indeed approving the FREE ad and telling me it is live on Indeed.
This time I called them and after 3 excuses was told that because it was a commission based position, I would have to pay.  Was never told that and they don't advertise that when they say FREE job postings.
I think Indeed should honor what they advertise.  At least not send out a deceiving email if they wish to charge for certain people.

Thanks for your note, I'm sorry for your negative experience.  Per our Terms of Service, our Quality team can block access to Indeed Resume at any time to protect our job seekers.
I was able to look into the issue further and noted that you were contacting job...

seekers about Insurance Agency ownership opportunities, which is not permitted on Indeed Resume.
Please let us know if we can do anything else to assist.
Thanks again and best regards,

Revdex.com and [redacted],
We apologize for the experience that you had with receiving job recommendations from us that were not applicable to your experience. We looked into your account, and determined there were several Job Alerts set up within the account. The Job...

Alerts set up were for food service, hospitality, house cleaning, and city jobs. Specifically, the Job Alert set up for "city jobs" may have been the one that was bringing in inaccurate recommendations, as this is a very broad search and can include many different types of positions that include the keyword "city". We've since canceled all of the Job Alerts set up within the associated account, and have also verified that your resume has been removed. If there is anything else that we can do to help, please feel free to reach out to us at [redacted].
Kind Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:
1-The first $60 was refund because was paper click ,I get advise from their company to change the style of add  and choose the option of receiving a resumes and sending e-mail to the right candidates .
2-  They started to send resumes, most  the  of them does not have e-mail address or phone number , you communicating with the candidates through indeed , if I have sent 350 e-mail to the candidates  at least I supposed to have 200  responses  and had 10 interview per week . Believe it  or not   we never received it respond  , I even does not know if those resumes was real or scam , i even don't know if our e-mail was sent it to them or not I don't know why and how i get charge .I even reply to indeed   feedback early on December 2016 that how unsatisfied I was from the side . Dealing with short staff and business I did not look at all my credit card statement and on December 18 th 2016,  I figurated I was charged $350 .....!!!!????
3- I called them,  my first question was if I sent 350 e-mail to the candidates why I have not find employee , their answer just was they don't know ...!!!!! .I even asked them to e-mail  me back the feedback which I submitted to them  as a proof of their poor performance , they refused .
4- I request to get refund of $350 which is not for paper click is for sending the email to the candidates , which I don't know how they came out with this number and  with this charge  , the site is completely confusing , I don't know if my   e-mails  was sent to candidates or not , the resumes are scam .....!!! I do request also to email me the feedback which I submitted to indeed .
5- Fact and result ,the  result is clear answer for indeed and why I need to get refund

I am rejecting this response because: I didn't get a fair response since it doesn't make sense that "city" jobs would bring up personal stranger homes that were only sent by <jobalertindeed.com> specifically  and were only house cleaning sent emails to me every day when I had been off the website period. The emails sent were totally inappropriately which I saved as proof that they were dubious. I was on their years ago and I never came across this odd situation with it seemed desperately seeking private homes and after I started recognizing these strange postings and emails directly to my email address I removed my resume for house cleaning companies only.  I did do a wider band search at the beginning to see if their were other partime jobs in between while I searched and was hired from a house cleaning company and I applied with few companies and I was not contacted yet theses companies were still on the website wanting to hire workers so that made it more confusing and frustrating on why this was all happening to me. I went on Indeed.com to find a second job to have stability with a company. I had optimism but gave up and now I'm very unsatisfied with the response with the vaguely explanations that made no sense which didn't relate to my initial complaint. They didn't explain why this situation over time even happened to me in the first place.  Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:  We also have an unauthorized charge of $61.48 on 10-2-15 on our company credit card that was to be credited back per the Account Rep.  That has not occurred yet.  That is the only outstanding issue that remains.  Still not happy with the experience but once the $61.48 is credited back it will be considered resolved on our end.
