We have approved a refund in the amount of $424 for September spend and a credit towards the current October balance in the amount of $135.42. To explain further, this amount was previously rejected as Indeed is a self-serve product, and it is the client's...

responsibility to close out any positions operating on a daily budget if they do not wish to accrue costs. Indeed is not responsible for closing positions on the client's behalf. We have made the exception here after further investigation of the account, however this is not a common practice. Moving forward, we have disabled this user's account, as there was history of another refund request on a related account. We have notified the client of this decision, and have asked him to check with his Credit Card company on the progress of the refund being applied to his statement.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
The only reason my company was in there data base to begin with is because I paid them to advertise a job for me.  I was never made known of what I was opening my company up to at that time.  Had I not advertised with this company,  my company would not have been in there TO review.  Further this review is categorically false.  To start with we do not and never had a full charge bookkeeper.  I already contacted their support with no acknowledgement of these facts.

I am rejecting this response because:
Although I am aware that I should not give out personal information and I didn't, a professional scammer will do and say anything to gain trust in their victim. That is what was done to me. I am now out of a job and struggling to provide for myself. This is not my fault and I have most definitely learned my lesson. However, I am still paying for the effects of the scam. I don't know what other actions to take, but this does not seem like a fair resolution for my long suffering problems. But I do appreciate the efforts.
