We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint by [redacted] # [redacted] We appreciate your assistance in bringing our customer’s concern to our attention We understand the concerns expressed by [redacted] and hope we can assist with his issue We would like to address a couple of matters in this complaint We do not advertise our promotional offers and nowhere in our documentation do we state that our offers are “free” In no way do we misrepresent our products and we do state in the documentation provided to each customer, no one should rely upon the representations of anyone outside our organization as to the specifics of our offers We also need to point out that we are a third party company, completely separate from the company that gave the promotional offer to *** We are diligent in providing complete Terms and Conditions at several touch points so that consumers can make well informed, educated decisions about participating in our exciting offers Our promotional offers are time sensitive and it is clearly outlined in the terms and conditions On 4/25/2014, [redacted] was issued their promotional offer and did not Registered their promotion until 5/15/ and we sent out the Travel Request form as per the terms and conditions by email immediately upon completion of registration On 5/23/ [redacted] called our offices to ensure that the time lines were understood and to make sure all steps were understood We did not receive the required Travel forms until 6/12/which is outside of the terms and conditions [redacted] agreed to upon registration We also note that refunds have been sent for the deposits Sincerely, *** [redacted] Customer Relations Manager

We appreciate your position However, we are just a 3rd party This issue with us is non-relatable as the terms and conditions you signed off on when you submitted your deposit clearly outline our role and responsibilities Also, your request for your refund via the Revdex.com (In desired results) terminates our relationshipYour refund should arrive by 6/26/ If you have not received by then, please contact us at ###-###-#### between 8am and 430pm pacific time The best time to reach us is in the afternoons and the later part of the weekThis will ensure shorter wait times

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.We have found the issue with your deposits The customer support side shows that your deposits have been and were issued The problem is that all deposits were issued at one time generating separate checks This triggered a fraud alert in our system since its not allowed to generate more than one check per day on any customer to prevent system fraud This jammed up the accounting process while at the same time presenting the customer support team the information that the checks had been sent.We sincerely apologize This issue has been over-ridden to get this expedited You should have the total of your refund of $in hand by no later than 8/28/ If you have not received them at that time, please call us at ###-###-####

Revdex.com, I am not able to review the document attached to this complaint I can however most likely determine based on our CRM notes, that this is a request for a refund.In this case, the refund request was submitted on 4/27/for $verbally We require a written communication from the customer with verification (customer ID) which this will count for as part of that process.The refund request is now in the hands of accounting As per our policy, we inform customers it can take up to weeks to receive your refund You will most likely receive sooner and can call our customer service department at ###-###-#### The best times to call are in the late afternoons and toward the end of the week This will ensure a lower hold time

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The problem is that the charge for use of the certificate was $per person for a trip from [redacted] to *** That was well over the cost of a full fair ticket This company has made a contractual agreement with [redacted] for that company to use its travel certificates as promotional incentives to entice customers to come to their promotional gatherings I believe that places responsibility on both companies to make sure each company is advertising and using these travel certificates honestly I suspect that these companies are attached in some way, perhaps as subsidiaries of [redacted] *** Otherwise, they are each using the other as a shield by claiming to be separate entities when they are, in fact, working jointly to conspire to defraud customers of both corporations.Please let me know what information I must send you to begin a legal search into the connections between these three corporations Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] and [redacted] - Subject: [redacted] ** 12/15/– [redacted] and I attended a time share talk in Tarrytown NY and were promised airline tickets and a night stay in a hotel That same day we mailed in the voucher # [redacted] along with a $personal check # [redacted] to Fly Away Vacations (a/k/a Infinity Incentive Group) We complied with all the instructions to the letter 1/30/I made a complaint # ID [redacted] with the Revdex.com against Infinity Incentive Group, Inc Infinity ( [redacted] ) responded to the Revdex.com that we had received our offers on 1/7/– we never received them Then 2/7/– Infinity sent email with the offers to which we responded immediately 2/8/ - we sent $money order as deposit for the flights and $personal check for the hotels 2/27/Infinity mailed a letter to my husband, [redacted] , along with $check, saying, “Your Travel Request Form was not received within the time limit Your certificate has been placed on hold Not adhering to all terms and conditions makes your certificate null & void I believe this is consumer fraud We complied with all conditions and expect to get our free flights and hotel stays [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Almost fell for it but after reading the reviews of this company I won't go near them The Revdex.com should be ashamed of themselves giving them an A- Just because the company responds saying they will fix the problem, doesn't fix the problem Maybe the Revdex.com should fix the program that rates this company, no person would give them an A-

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.We appreciate how you feel and do understand your aggravation However, we must point out we are not scam artist as you indicated Your cert has terms and conditions that are clearly stated and in which you signed off on The updated dates you provide were during a weekend which is outside the terms as well as during a weekend where we had no inventory to be offered due to events in the area.We are glad to issue your deposit back to you It will be cut manually and mailed out tomorrow 9/8/and should be in hand before and by no later than 9/23/ If you have not received by this date, please call us at [redacted]
