Beware of IIG PromotionsThis company will tell you that you will receive free nights hotel stay, round trip airfare for two, and a 3-day cruise for two if you listen to their travel service presentationAfter the presentation you are given a short amount of time to submit all of your requested optionsThen you find out you have to send them $in a cashiers check to get startedThen If you book any travel within one week in front of or behind a holiday, (a week period out of the in the month) they will charge you a feeMine was $because it was a week after Memorial DayYes, I paid itWhen I arrived at the hotel I was charged double because they(some company IIG contracted out to, oh yes, and gave my credit card number to) booked me for two rooms and two nights eachI spent hours on the phone with my credit card company to get this resolvedYes, the first night at the hotel was spent with the credit card companyIIG had given my credit card to a company without my authorization, who gave it to expediaExpedia then did the booking, which they could not help me because they were not the original people who booked this.....Don't do business with this companyYou will pay in the end, and I mean a lot more than your time listening to the demo of the companyRun!

From reading the rest of the complaints on this site, this is the same message sent to other customer's who did not receive their deposit back I was suppose to receive my deposit check last week I still have NOT received it I am tired of playing these games with this company I am strongly urging this company to have check overnighted to me with tracking details and check number information

The emailed material sent to me had different information I quoted to them from the material sitting in front of me, that "a $deposit in the form of a check, money order or cashier's check was to be sent." I still have the printed material and offered to scan it to them to show that a personal check should have been accepted The time limits and the way you submit your requests are very unreasonable I tried to submit on line to save time - but they don't take credit cards so how can they offer that option?? As I said, they make it almost impossible to claim the reward The presentation promised round trip tickets to many offered cities - I wanted to go to Seattle Since the first date was not accepted, there was no way to go to Seattle since you couldn't choose the same city for your other dates! Why?? Totally ridiculous

Thank you for bringing this to our attention We noted about your travel that your first request was for Napa CA during Christmas which is outside of the terms, we tried contacting you for your April Trip and did not get response to multiple emails sent and were put on hold As for your last request of Memorial Day in Boise, again due to Major holiday, it was outside of the terms.We are manually cutting your check for your deposit You should have it in hand by no later than 4/6/and should have it before then If you have not received it by this date, please call us at [redacted]
