I completely wasted my money on this site. It did not find a match for the person I was looking for, but I did not know that until AFTER I paid. Another site I went to simply did not process the payment when they did not find a match (Intelius). The woman on the phone said they do not guarantee the accuracy of their information on top of everything else! There were lots of other ways I could have continued to "upgrade" my account and spend more and more money with no results. I found this out the hard way by upgrading to premium.

Our financial records show that Mr. [redacted]’ refund was indeed processed. Although Mr. [redacted] cancelled the card, the money still went into back into his bank account because the customer's bank account is still active. The credit card number still links to the account for that reason. The only time there is an issue is when the customer cancels the actual bank account, which is not the case for Mr. [redacted]. We apologize for any frustration or confusion Mr. [redacted] experienced regarding this matter.
