We opened an account with the controller's company credit card, only to have ANOTHER personal credit card of hers used to open a fake account under the name "Penny Frank" on Instant Checkmate with extra chargesSeems this is likely some sort of inside job -- at very least, they do not live up to their being a purported secure siteThe representative at Instant Checkmate said they take no recourse when their customer's security is compromisedAvoid these crooks
