It's the "Bait and Switch" Routine! They tell you they have the reports you are looking for and it will cost you X amount of dollars to review them. So you pay "X" amount, and then they tell you that you will have to pay MORE money to review the records they had originally promised to you at a lower price. Total ripoff and the information was not the least bit helpful. Thankfully I did not give them my credit card information and used PayPal. I filed a "significantly not as advertised" claim and they refunded my money within 24 hours. But that was not before they sold my email address to unscrupulous third parties. I have been bombarded with spam and there is no valid "unsubscribe" link in the emails, so it is not going to stop.
