Other members of the staff were also very helpful. I would recommend this firm to anyone who needs assistance with a tax problem.

I have owed the IRS money for a while and figured that if I let them take my return year after year it would fix itself. It didn't they took the money and added more fees and charges until I couldn't get an actual amount owed. After 5 years of it my wife and I decided we needed help. I searched online for the right people and after searching for a week or so, calling and talking to sales people I called instant tax solutions and spoke with [redacted]. He was straight up! After discussing my situation he told me what I could expect from him, his company, the irs, and myself. He broke down fees and how the irs would bill me after the fact, he even broke my bill down into payments so I could afford his help. It took them about 2-3 weeks and called to tell me that the irs actually owed me money! I am currently still in the process of waiting for the IRS to accept or deny our OIC but felt the need to review ITS now. I first have to say that I was very nervous on using a company where I could not meet the people I would be working with and is part of the reason me and my husband waited so long to do it. Instant Tax Solutions, was great to work with. I would recommend any person with tax problems to contact them. They took the stress out of dealing with the [redacted]. Especially my Enrolled Agent (EA) that handled my case. He was professional, you could really feel confident that he knew what he was doing. Very patient, answered any question I had, if unavailable when I called I always received a prompt call back. And mostly important I was very happy with the end result.

I found Instant Tax Solution through the Better Business Burea. I had try to find other help and found they were pretty much the same and all sounded like a bunch of overly aggressive salesmen. In talking with ITS I found they were not here to make empty promises of getting an OIC. Instead they put a stop to the lien and all the craziness that comes with it. Then my consultant walked me step by step on what needed to be done. Finally after many years of carrying around this burden and the feeling of not knowing what to do, I was able to breath some sigh of relief. Of course it was still up to the IRS, but ITS was able to help negoiate an OIC down to less then 10% of what I owed. I cant thank the team at ITS enough and express the gratitude I feel for them. Though I cant, nor will ITS, promise they can get the same result, it was a relief knowing they were working to get the best result for me. ITS has just successfully completed our very complicated case resulting in an accepted offer in compromise from the IRS. Not only are we ecstatic that this will be resolved but are so impressed that the initial fee covered all of their work which included many filings, revisions and spanned several years (not their fault, the IRS'). Each individual responded almost immediately to any inquiry we made and all were very pleasant via email, we never felt a burden. The only bad thing I would say is when they filed for my past years they only filed with the IRS not the state. This meant more money up front and more time to deal with the state now.
