                  Thank you for providing additional information.  We apologize that the manufacturer sent the incorrect stitching on the sofa.
After review of your account the 2 sofas have been placed on re-order through the manufacturer.  Unfortunately with this manufacturer we are unable to place any rushes since the merchandise is being shipped from overseas.
We do understand this frustration.  For the additional inconvenience we will refund back $100.
The refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.
We will contact you as soon as the new special order has been received.

We called and spoke with the customer directly.
 
The customer purchased this item on May 24, 2015 and reported the squeaking frame on November 20, 2015.
 
The technician went out in December but the customer declined the service since they did not like the quality and wanted to...

reselect to something else.  The technician has confirmed that the squeaking can be easily repaired.
 
The customer is aware our warranty is for services and repair only, which is also stated on the back of our sales receipt.
 
We are fully willing to honor our warranty by repairing the loveseat in the customer’s residence.

covered; however, this is an actual rip not a seam and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Unfortunately ripsare not considered to be a defect.
We can gladly try to assist you by meeting half way with the parts; however, since this is not an open seam it would not be fully covered under our warranty.

I was contacting you because I wanted to re open my complaint against Jerome's Furniture in El Cajon. I was contacted by a lady names Katie and she sent out a technician Nov 9. The technician came and inspected the couch that has damage and took pictures. We have yet to hear anything back. I contacted The Gurdian insurance protection plan that they promote and they refuse to send out there technician, and Jerome's wants to charge me extra money to have my couch fixed and refuse to refund me the $300 they charged to my Jerome's credit card. They want to prorate my refund and I find it to be unacceptable because I shouldn'thave to hound and continue to call to get an update. I feel that Jerome's promotes this company to get extra money out of customer's. It does not take 9 months to send a technician out and to repair a couch.

First, Jeromes called my at night 8pm and left a message that I had 48 hours to return the item.  Second, I returned the item to Jeromes in [redacted] on 4/27.  Third, I have NOT been refunded the item.

Good morning,
After reviewing the customers account, the customer was refunded the full amount including the 22.00 recycling fee, once the store has issued the refund back to the finance account the customer will receive a receipt showing the refund.

claim, if the "store credit" which was referenced in the claim was an
actual gift certificate (the consumer mentioned coupon) this is
non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash or refund.

The response basically states what my original complaint outlined. The lamps have already been returned. The fact that my only option was to return the lamps because their level of service was so inept is the real problem. If they want to consider their resolution satisfactory than that's on them. My point is that their awful service and faulty product was the source of the problem to begin with. Go ahead and close this complaint out. It is clear they care as much about this as they did about providing service to begin with.

They responded and said they were going to give me a $100.00 on my credit card. I checked my credit card statement today, and there is no $100.00 credit as of this morning.I received a notice from the Revdex.com today saying that my case was going to be closed because you had not had a response from Jerome's Furniture Warehouse. Our warranty is for parts and repairs and guarantees your merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects if reported within the 1st year from the original delivery/pick-up date.
