This is not acceptable. When I purchased the furniture from Jerome's and asked if they would take the old items at no time did they give me any instructions on what the condition of the goods had to be in in order for them to pick them up. If I am making a donation to the Salvation Army then why am I being charged a $fee to make a donation - this seems ridiculous. Additionally, I made the agreement with Jerome's not this 3rd party company they hired to deliver my furniture and pick up the old items. I have been informed by the delivery company that this happens every day because Jerome's fails to inform their customers of what the condition of the furniture must be in for them to pick the items up. I have already had a company pick up the items so your offer is not applicable. This whole process cause a great inconvenience to me and my family and I think it is only fair you send me the $I am asking for. Maybe this way you will train your employees better so this does not happen to another unsuspecting customer.Regards,

In regards to this claim, we contacted the customer directly
The consumer is aware we are unable to offer a refund on the merchandise, but we did offer the consumer the option to reselect to something else
Should the consumer wish to reselect the offer will be valid until 4/5/ The
consumer did mention they will go into the store this weekend to see if there is anything else they would prefer in lieu of this set
Once the consumer reselects, we would pick up the merchandise in the residence at the same time of delivery

The first picture is the picture on the website which is brownThe second picture shows our old brown set alond with Jerome's green set on the rightThey say that it's the same color as the set on their show room but it is definitely not the same color as what I ordered onlineI also submitted a dispute through my PayPal MasterCard and they have refunded me tentativelyPlease pick up this set.
