I called *** as she told me to do on Oct I was told by *** she was in a meetingI left my home number and cell number and *** said she would email herI did not hear from *** todayI do not want this to linger because It is time sensitivei did as requested by *** to sleep on mattress until October and if I was not satisfied refund or replacement would be consideredEven when I did not want to sleep on mattress but I did but do not want to go over date so I will be on sofa again
I tried but was not was not comfortable on mattressEven put lavender in room to make me sleep

With all of our mattress purchases each consumer signs a mattress receipt to confirm the correct
mattress/foundation has been written up Once the mattress has been delivered we do not have a refund/reselection policy and all mattress/bedding sales are final
After review of the order with your sales person the item which was selected at the time of purchase was written up
We apologize if the mattress did not reach the level of comfort which you are seeking We recommend to rotate the mattress every 2-weeks for the first couple of months of use to allow the mattress to contour to your comfort level
You also have a warranty directly through the manufacturer for any structural/manufacturing defects which you may notice If you believe your mattress have a manufacturing defect, please do not hesitate to contact us at (*** *** and we can gladly assist you further

The store’s letter is wrong and an outright lie. We notified the store TWICE. The first time was when they brought the first wrong table #and we flat out refused it and it went back on the truck. The second time was when they brought the current table #2. Although they brought out the wrong table AGAIN, they left it and referred us to the sales person. WE THEN NOTIFIED THE SALES PERSON IDENTIFIED AS ***, who stated that she would take care of it. Our investigation revealed that she is STILL AND EMPLOYEE AT YOUR *** STORE. She NEVER followed up on it and we were strapped with a table we never wanted, until it broke at the end of October of this year.On another note, it’s noted that the author of Jerome’s letter didn’t even bother to identify themselvesWe feel that’s the general pattern in avoiding identifying themselves whenever a complaint comes up, ‘in trying to make it right’ for the customerWe have also talked to several other people who were mistreated by Jerome’s poor customer service.THIS MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED!! I fully intend to forward to every Revdex.com Board Member a copy of this complaint, including now, Jerome’s answer. In addition I plan on going to the press and, as a last resort, if necessary, file a Cause of Action in Civil Court

In regards to this claim we are unable to locate any customer account based upon the customer's name, phone # or address
I was unable to reach the customer on the phone # listed and we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address the customer provided to see if we can further assist the
consumer

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It has been months since my purchase and the mattress is far from the comfort level of the floor model mattress I do not believe this will be achieved in the next several months as stated in the company's response to my complaint Jerome's has sold me a mattress that was misrepresented by a worn in model on the sales floor with no disclosures regarding differences in the floor model due to age or excess useAt the time of purchase, the sales associate falsely informed me that my new mattress would be the same comfort level of the floor model mattress Jerome's response to my issue is that I can use the warranty towards any structural defects I have been very clear that I do not believe the mattress is defected I would like Jerome's to refund my purchase or exchange the mattress for another model that truly represents the comfort level of the product I was seeking on 10/24/15.Regards,*** ***

In regards to this complaint the consumer spoke with one of our assistant managers the same day the complaint was placed
The order was cancelled in our system and the refund of $was refunded to the *** card on file on April 16,
