In regards to this claim, I called and spoke with *** *** directly
The warranty for the mattress is directly through the manufacturer The manufacturer does require that the mattress be on proper frame and supports
The consumer does have a metal frame, but the inspection indicated
there was no center support to be able to support the weight of the mattress and box spring
The consumer is aware I am contacting the manufacturer directly to see if there are any options which they can possibly provide I will be back in contact with the consumer directly by the end of this week with an outcome

In regards to this
claim, within weeks after delivery the consumer would have received paperwork
in the mail directly from *** who is the extended warranty carrier
This warranty
information would indicate what is covered under the year OOPS protection
plan from ***
The policy covers any array of one-time accidental
stains or damage; however, springs in the frame are not covered under the
warranty
In order for the springs
to be covered through Jerome's, the claim would need to have been called into
us prior to December 28, 2014, which was the end of the one-year warranty for
manufacturing defects to be reported
The consumer does still
have a warranty for a total of years (from the original delivery date) for
the frame to be repaired; however, this does not cover springs
We can gladly recommend the
consumer to contact a 3rd party company called *** *** Their

If the consumer believes
the wooden frame on the sectional is broken, they can contact us directly at

The estimated time of arrival for this chair is the beginning of October As soon as the shipment has been received the consumer will be contacted

I have been dealing with a warranty issue with Jeromes Furniture since Sept I filed an online warranty claim under my year warranty I purchased with my furnitureAfter days, the warranty company got back to me, and said I need to deal with Jeromes in Corona, and have the chair replaced under a 'Manufacturers Warranty'So I placed the chair in my my car, and drove to the Corona storeI was treated with indignity by the Customer Service agent, berated for not understanding a Manufacturers warranty (this process was never disclosed to me upon purchase in July), and ordered to remove my chair from their storeI refused to be treated that way, left the chair with Customer Service, asked for the Store Manager (who was not available), and angrily left the storeI filed a Revdex.com complaint # *** that evening (10/11/2017), and awaited a resolutionOn 10/18/I accepted the Revdex.com resolution, and received a voice mail from *** 633-***She said they have a chair ready for delivery on 10/12/but she need to know more about the Revdex.com complaintI have returned ***'s voice mail (from 10/@ 8:46pm) to her personal extension ***, and left VOICE MAILS for her! To this date, Monday October 30th 2017, I have NOT received ANY communication from this ***, and still have NOT received my replacement chairToday, I have looked up the Board of Directors members for Jeromes Furniture IncI intend on communicating with *** * *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** * I will let them know what is going on with their Corona Store and *** @ Customer ServiceThis is THE most disgusting experience I have ever had!!!

I have been consistently pushed off to "other vendors" though my purchase and contract was with Jerome's. *** *** has refused to contact me after their attempt to settle when I pointed out that they had not provided me with the sufficienty amount I had sent them. Thier alleged owner *** (***) had initally contacted me after the insurance claim their filed was rejected. They offered an amount that only covered the Labor only for the repair and installation of the flooring damaged, and did not address the actual material damaged:
This message was sent on 6/8/at which I recieved a threatening phone call from *** yelling at me, calling me a liar and threatening a lawsuit against me. I have not heard anything from this company since:
***,Thank you for your email and call todayI went back to look at the email and invoices I gave you originallyThe $only covered the labor to install the flooring that was put in before April 22, The material for sqft of the house equaled an additional $The total square foot of the house is sq ft and was not taken into account with the information I sent to your companyThe invoice you referenced also did not include the labor/material to repair and repaint the sections of the house that were affected.Looking into the details, the $settlement is unsatisfactory and does not cover even the material to replace the damage caused by your moversI have re-attached the invoices originally sent to start this process.Please note to settle this claim without further action, I will accept no less than $3,This will cover at least the brand new flooring that was damaged during the moveIf there is objection to this, I reserve the right to file suit against replacement of the entire flooring and all damages to the house including walls, paint and handrailsThe full amount of the flooring would be increased by a minimum of 50% due to the square footage effected and can be validated by the general contractor that was sent to my house approximately days agoIn addition, there would be a claim for repairs to the walls, handrails, paint and labor required to fix the other items mentioned previously.Please advise how you would like to proceedLooking at all the documentation and claim I filed, the $does not cover the damages incurred by your companyI will await you responseHave a great evening
I am asking that only the amount which was paid to install the new flooring be paid as damages. This excludes damages to the walls, handrails, and remaining portion of the floor and clean up that I had to do once the movers left. *** has been absolutely unresponsive and very unprofessional during this timeframe. I have had to send repeated emails and phone calls to get any status update and the way I was treated during my last interaction with *** was completely unacceptable. I want yet another 3rd party professional to come out to the location and survey and estimate the damages for repair/replacement costs or the amount I asked for above, covering my investment into the flooring that was one day old - $3,
I will await word from ***, but I do not accept the answer from Jerome's and not taking accountability for who they hire to deliver their product. My contract was with Jerome's, not ***
