Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11676679, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below: Dear ***,While the gift certificate is a nice gesture the same as it was months ago it is no longer acceptableMy order was never canceledMy fiancé and I enjoy the furniture we purchased from your company very muchWe did not enjoy the hours upon hours of being told over the phone and in person that the furniture which we ordered was delivered to our home and it wasn'tWe had custom ordered a couch chair and ottoman in a specific color waited the weeks for it and to our surprise we were delivered mix matching furnitureAfter arguing for almost a month we finally received the right furnitureDuring that time of arguing my fiancé and I heard terms like "it shows your order was canceled" "the right furniture was delivered sometimes it looks different colors in different light" and my personal favorite "a manager isn't able to assist you right now try on Thursday " (that call was made on a Sunday) when the gift certificate was offered I was promised there would be no issues like there was with the furniture and yet the same path was traveled once againEverything stated in the previous message recieved from you I have heard before and honestly I do not have the energy or drive to continue to be lied toWhile your message was nice it did sound quite fake and disingenuousNot even knowing that our order wasn't canceled and we are customers of your company almost feels like a slap in the face and after months of calling and inquiring about he gift certificate to hear it is "not on file" is a slap in the faceI am not trying to get something for nothing and I do not like being perceived that way Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11906657, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below: This is completely and totally unacceptableI have spoken to Scott many times (how do I know his name if you show I have never spoken to him) and this has been carrying on into the 9th month of waitingWhen I spoke with Scott last, he asked what an acceptable resolution for this would beWe discussed extending out the warranty for another year, which he said he cannot do, since the manufacturer warranty's the items, not Gardner WhiteScott and I decided replacing the Pillows and refunding $each was the only route he could take The problem I had in April, early in my year warranty, was the durability of the pillows that were sold to me with my living room setI asked then, it I could pick out other pillows that might last longer, of if the replacement pillows fell apart again if they would be replacedI was told the replacement Pillows would be under the same warrantyGreat lets get the pillows and see how the new ones lastNow my warranty is effectively overAnd I have never gotten singular pillow replacedOver months ago Maybe it was Jeff that I spoke with, whoever it was, there should be a lengthy history on my account where I have politely spoke to various representatives over, and over againAnd told each time 6-weeks, they are a special orderthen 6-weeks later I call asking for my product, only to be told nothing was ordered EVERY [redacted] TIME I CALLED THEMThe last time I spoke with Jeff or Scott was in the evening, it was a heated conversation, and the person offered me the pillows that I have waited so long for, and he would rush them to me, and a refund of $since I wouldn’t be able to pursue the warranty because of the regular dropped balls on behalf of gardner whiteOnce again, like or other RUSH ORDERS, no one seems to know what the [redacted] is going on Regards, [redacted]
