This is a response written in reference to the complaint from Ms***Our records show that the sofa was purchased on 11/24/this product would carry a one year warranty which would have been valid until 11/24/[sic]The service call was documented in our system on 1/13/which is two
months outside of the warrantyGardner White did not refuse to fix the sofa as we are offering to with a charge of plus to pick up the item as the product is out of warranty. The table was purchased on 01/13/and damage was reported same dayI would be willing to replace the table under the vendors warranty as a one time courtesyCustomer just needs to contact our service department again at 248-481-We do apologize for any frustration and or inconvenience this may cause. My original claim with Gardner White was made on December 1, and followed again on December 7, The furniture was delivered on December 28, I purchased a five year warranty on each item My original claim with Gardner White was made within the five year warranty period Gardner White required approximately two weeks to send out a technician to verify the problem with the furniture A Gardner White technician came to my home and verified the problems with both pieces on December 20, All before the five year warranty periodTherefore I reject Gardner White's response.

the mattressThe inspection reported the mattress to also not be defectiveDue to the labels being removed we and the bedding manufacturer are unable to provide a warranty on this product*** *** says our drivers cut off the law labelsWe have no proof and it is her word against the driversWe do apologize for any frustration and or inconvenience
