Thank you for contacting us again regarding Revdex.com complaint ID [redacted]. After receiving Mr. [redacted]’s complaint, we contacted him by phone and learned of his concerns regarding his visit to Jack in the Box located at [redacted] in San Jose, CA.
Mr. [redacted]’s claim has been submitted to our Risk Management department for further handling.  Our Risk Management department is not required to notify Guest Relations of the status or outcome of any submitted claim.  Unfortunately, there is no further action Guest Relations may take and at this time, Jack in the Box Guest Relations considers this matter closed

I did call [redacted] and HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. I mailed my receipt with a detailed letter to JIB months ago. JIB is obviously a crooked company who has horrible product and LIES about receiving correspondence from the customer. The attorney general will be in touch with you. The customer service here is horrible!!!!!!!! JIB is assuming I will give up. I will not be treated like this and am making sure the attorney general knows for the St of CA and the St of KS.
It really hurt to watch my grandchildren turn away the food because it was so bad. We had an apt and had to eat at the closest place due to the time. We couldn't imagine how the food could be so horrible and the customer service so bad !!!!!
You have my proof of purchase receipt and you are lying about it.
