Thank you for contacting us regarding Revdex.com complaint ID: [redacted].  Prior to receiving this complaint, we had not been notified of the concerns of complainant [redacted] of Honolulu, HI, regarding her experience at the Jack in the Box located at 94-866 Moloalo Ave in Waipahu, HI. 
We attempted to reach the complainant several times from June 14-June 18, leaving a voicemail each time. We have also sent the guest an e-mail requesting a call back.  However, we have not heard back from Ms. [redacted].
We have since followed up with the restaurant management appropriately.  At this time, Jack in the Box considers this matter closed.

are unable to address his concerns as a location was not listed in his

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
.I have written them (after their stonewalling) they have not promised a security guard, and they are not sure they have a video account of the action...I think they offered a couple of coupons for entrees (not really helpful as I am getting kicked and beaten to death outside their [redacted] restaurant)...once again, review the video tape...identify the hoodlums who threaten me, get a security guard a s a p...with the frustration, I told them I was going to contact a local community tv investigative reporter (the [redacted] files on chaneel 9/51)...I am working comic con this week, so will not be able to contact [redacted] until next week...thanks Revdex.com for the continued investigation, and not brushing me aside like the opposing party...[redacted] can always be reached at [redacted]

Nothing special about this Jack In The Box, but this review is for the customer service.
It's the worst!!!
I drive up to get my food and the lady is by the window just chit chatting away, no biggie.
She opens the window takes my card, gives it back and then practically throws my food in my car and closes the window and continues chatting.
I waved to get her attention and she opens the window with an attitude as if I am inconveniencing her! and says "May I help you???" and I was like "i have no ketchup or secret sauce" she rolls her eyes and goes and gets some condiments puts them in a bag and hands them to me.
Ge home and I have 2 ketchups for my 3 large french fries order and 1 secret sauce for our 6 tacos..
Lady if you dont like your job, quit!
Or if you want to spend time chatting away then do it on your own time.
I will not be back. EVER.

I am a man, age 68 and have eaten Jack in the Box for many years. Most of the time I purchase coffee with breakfast. However, there are times when I have my own coffee in an insulated cup that I bring with me. This has never been a problem until today. The woman who served me (she identified herself as Randy) told me that I could not have my own cup in the restaurant. When I told her that I had brought my cup of coffee with me many times before, she told me that she would never have allowed it. I then told her just to give me my breakfast order to go. At this point I was not pleased with her but I did not shout. She rudely and abruptly refused to serve me at all. A nearby customer said, "that woman is crazy". I will no longer be a customer of Jack in the Box until she has been reprimanded. The location is 615 12th. Ave. N.E., Norman, Ok.

Based on her e-mail address, we were able to locate her previous report regarding these concerns and then attempted to reach the complainant by telephone on three occasions. However, we were unable to and there was no option for leaving a voice mail.
